About this property

This superb vacation home is situated just off Highway 192 at Eagle Pointe. An established sub-division containing a mix of family and vacation homes and is a friendly and inviting community. Being so close to the 192 gives you easy access to popular restaurants, shops and entertainment experiences. The 192 also has direct access to World Drive leading you to the heart of the Magic that is Walt Disney World. There is also easy access to the I4 and International Drive. Being minutes away from the action means you spend less time in the car and more time enjoying and relaxing on your vacation.

Villa Information: When we were looking for a villa in Florida, we wanted it to be in a great location, with a relaxing lake view and a comfortable size for our family. We almost gave up when we came across this property on Eagle Pointe and fell in love with it instantly.

The villa is located only a mile away from the 192 making it great for restaurants and shops, including a large walmart. Better still it is minutes away from all the major attractions and golf courses in the area. We find we spend less time in the car and more time enjoying our vacation.

But we also hope you get to enjoy our home because it is in a fantastic position. With it's south facing pool and deck you will get to enjoy the famous Florida sun no matter what time of the day you choose to use them. As the pool area overlooks a lake you not only get great views but privacy as well without imposing fencing. You will also be surprised by the wildlife visiting the lake through the day.

Complete Disappointment

The property description was inaccurate. No hot tub, no BBQ grill and the pool is not heated. Also, the description "modern luxury" couldn't be more false in this case.The house itself is outdated and the furnishings and appliances are worn out. The beds are cheap and uncomfortable. The air conditioning didn't work well, wasn't consistent. The house was completely ill equipped for a family of 4 staying for 5 days. 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towel and 1 garbage bag. No hand soap at any of the sinks.The management company gave weak excuses and made no offers or efforts to correct any of these situations.I would never stay at any of the properties that rental company offers and hope that people read my review before trying it themselves.

Everything went perfectly.

Everything about the stay at this wonderful house went smooth. I have been renting in Fla. for 20 years every March. Depending on my family commitment is how I rent. This year I downsized to a 3 bedroom and it was perfect. Clean, comfortable and cozy. The pool was perfect, as I requested it heated. I used the washer and dryer and my family used the pool table. Plenty of towels and very clean. Thank you Stephen

Wonderful Home

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet & friendly. A very lovely home. No major issues or minor ones in my opinion. The property management was very prompt via email/phone. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a getaway home to Kissimmee/Celebration/Orlando area. Very close to 192 where a lot of shopping, eating and fun are. Definitely will book again when we decide to come back. P.S. Price was on point for us as well. Thanks again ❤️

Needs TLC

Needs some maintenance. Pool was dirty, to the point we didn't use it. All TVs and entertainment center is outdated. Location is good. Beds were ok. Pool table was nice. Overall, the house needs a deep clean... vents, glass, doors, floors. Showers are moldy. Needs some love.

Worst Ever

The property manager never sent information on how to get inside the property. The number that’s listed on VRBO was disconnected. VRBO used a secondary number and left a voicemail. I waited about 4 hours to receive an email from the property manager who wouldn’t answer a phone call but would email me improper instructions several times to get inside the property. Once inside, the place had not been cleaned. All the beds had been slept in with dirty linen and the previous person belonging still inside the refrigerator. It’s a 25 minute drive to the park - so not all that close. Panels are missing from windows and there lizards crawling around inside the house. Do yourself a favor and stay away. This was back to school trip for my daughter and only Disney saved us for being completely uncomfortable and unhappy.

Family vacation

Close to all parks. Very well stocked with towels, dishes, everything you need (pots , pans) to cook that you wouldn’t have to spend on. The pool table was a plus. Nice neighborhood quiet. It could use a new washer and dryer maybe a new filter for the pool but those were minor things everything else was amazing.

Property is misleading. The sheets were not clean. The blinds are missing pieces. There was a broken window. The exterior of the home isn’t clean regarding the yard. The grass is dead. The bushes aren’t trimmed. The pool area isn’t clean. The pool area is disgusting. The property manager ONLY communicates via email and will not call you. We had an emergency and could not get any help. The information in the villa is outdated for emergency contact information. The property manager lives in the UK and hasn’t updated or been to the property in two years. They have no idea how nasty the place is. Terrible first experience! I will be contacting the BBB and calling my bank for a refund.

Old, moldy, dirty, nasty

Where do I start.....place was full of mold in both bathrooms....mold and rust everywhere. Disgusting and dangerous!! Furniture was old and stained. Rug in living room was old and musty as dirty. There were actually balls of hair, fuzz, fingernails in some of the corners. No ceiling fans and you can’t turn a/c down past 74 so it gets humid and hot.....especially in master bedroom. No bathroom fans either. Vertical blinds were broken and had missing pieces which were thrown behind the corner entertainment center. So don’t expect any privacy. Master bedroom sheets were not clean but full of hair. Pulled and washed. Internet and tv’s non operable. Pool not heated. Contacted First Class villas and got no response until 2nd call. No paper towels, one roll of toilet paper, no dishwashing liquid and only one dish washing cloth. Kitchen had pans that are 20 years old and only one 10” skillet. No trash bags but 3 gigantic trash cans lining the driveway Pool is nice but outside area was dirty and full of old cigarette butts. Had to hose down. The washer is worn out....only works on one setting. Dryer barely dries and leaves your clothes smelling disgusting. I don’t expect fancy but clean is cheap. Soap is cheap. The curtains were falling down in twin bedroom and you couldn’t open vertical blinds at all. The ONLY good thing about this place was the pool but it had broken tile with a sharp edge. The patio furniture is worn out also. I’ve been burned the last couple of times with 20 year old pictures from vrbo. Last time I rented a place for quite a bit more money....it wasn’t clean either. It should be mandatory they update photos every 2 years. The pictures on Vrbo are very old. This house no longer had carpeting yet pics show carpet Some of the screens in kitchen are full of mold and blocks view. The front walk leading to house was black with mold and chalk designs from previous renters. This place needs a hazmat outfit to come in and deep clean and the mold taken out. I will never rent from vrbo again. Been burned too many times from old pictures and uncleanliness. The cheapest of all things to accomplish and yet it never gets done. Especially during covid.

I was not able to get connected to management. Tried calling and they dint respond. They did respond once on a weekend but said they can’t help because service is closed on weekend. Only emergency help in weekends. I had questions about pool, ac settings and bed room essentials but none clarified

Comfy home

This is true to the listing. Comfy home. Nice pool. Good neighborhood. Within minutes of everything. There are some tiny little ants in kitchen but as long as you don’t leave food out they are fine. Place was clean and tidy. Lots of towels available! Washer and dryer are excellent and great to have. Would definitely stay again.

Great Family Fun

It was well kept, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay .

Neighbors we great and quite, House was well kept bed was comfortable. We had great weather so we used the pool unheated, we are used to cooler New England water lol. Overall we were very impressed with the home and area, we would recommend anyone that home. Nice family neighborhood, safe area to walk, nice small lake to see wildlife and fish. Our only down fall was the did have a I think they were little ants everywhere, and they did spray but it didn’t take care of the problem. They were just a newsum. But again I would stay there for 2 months in a heart beat. Thank you. For a great stay!

Let down

We didn't know if our holiday would happen as hurricane irma hit Florida 10 days before we were due to arrive.. I was very concerned about the condition of the villa .I was told that there was damage to the netting round the pool but the owner would have it patched up for our arrival to which it wasnt..I then emailed 3 days later to be told that there was miscommunication with the management company and that he couldn't say when it would be fixed...I am highly disappointed because the whole point of renting this home was based around the pool area and after two days I had dozens of bites 18 were on one foot alone I ended up going to a pharmacy to get cream for this. Also after a couple of stormy nights the pool was a mess so we had to constantly clean this and I've stayed in villas before and know there is a certain amount to clean but this was ridiculous. I would have thought if the management company couldn't fix the net they could have least cleaned the pool for us even once a week. The villa gets very warm during the night and the air conditioning can't be turned down or else it breaks apparently.. Apart from these two issues I thought the villa was ok I have stayed in Terra Verde and Cumbrian lakes down this road and both properties were better.. The villa needs updating but all in all after feeling let down we made the most of it

Comfy home

House was great, we had issue with AC and it was fixed about 3 hours after we arrived. Beds were great, bathrooms clean (master shower showed signs of mold) 2nd bathroom updated and nice. Kitchen completely stocked, but very dated. Carpets were clean, but colors were very dated and should be replaced. Pool was nice.

Very spacious, quiet location,nice pool..

Nice spacious villa, great bedrooms, nice quiet street about 20mins from the parks. Lovely pool with nice chairs to laze about on. Everything worked as it should. Loads of wardrobe space, pool table in the garage. Cold A/C.. Tv, dvd radios etc. 2 dining tables.. Just a couple of minor observations.. I had to hose the pool area down (dirt around the pool deck), A/C unit was rather noisy when it kicked in, some of the pillow cases had stains on them... We would definitely recommend and stop again.. I was a very pleasant stay...
