Great location for an action packed Chicago trip

We loved coming and staying at this apartment. It was a haven after long days out exploring the city. Loved the kitchen, the nice bathrooms, and great beds. We really enjoyed walking to the NBA and hockey games and it was very close to a grocery store and the L train station. The washer and dryer were a great addition to keep all our clothes clean.

Great place near United Center

Great place to stay for my friends and I! Close to united center and easy to Uber downtown. It was snowy and cold but we were able to walk to a concert in about 5 minutes! Definitely recommend

Stayed with four girlfriends while in Chicago for a concert at the United Center. The apartment was beautiful, very clean and spacious. Would absolutely return!

We stayed here to attend a Chicago Bulls game and the location was great! It was just a few minutes walk, very convenient. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and stress free. The apartment was nice, quiet and clean and having the off street Parking was a huge bonus. We would definitely stay again!

Worth every penny!

What you see is what you get. It’s really nice and modern and updated. The kitchen appliances seem new and clean, the internet works great, and the TV options are good. The neighborhood seems ok. Didn’t feel unsafe. Mile walk from great food and coffee. The response of the host was very timely and helpful. Easy to get in and out but keep in mind there are two flights of stairs. Only warning is don’t use this space if you want to be loud at night. They contacted me around 11 pm with a noise apart and all we were doing was watching tv and laughing. Didn’t bother me but definitely don’t think of this as a party spot.

Perfect trip to Chicago

We had a family wedding at the Walden which is very close by (as is the United Center). Also easy Uber ride to West Loop. The apartment was very nice, neat and clean. Josh was responsive to my questions. Overall, I would recommend this as a great place to stay.

Great stay!

Communication with property management was exceptional. We even had an issue that was resolved at the location within a couple of hrs (toilet issue). Super cute place, seems like a new renovation. Good location - we felt comfortable walking during the day, maybe not at night (but only due to a coupe do blocks). There was some outside noise that carried on at night the first night, but nothing to note the second night. Overall, a great stay!

Perfect for a family

We stayed here for the Nike Tournament of Champions for girls basketball that my daughter was playing in. It was perfect four our family of 6! It is EXACTLY as pictured in the listing. Very clean! There was enough space for everyone. Washer/dryer is a must for traveling with athletes and sweaty uniforms. The unit is supplied with plenty of towels and sheets as well as soap/shampoo in the showers. The master shower is AMAZING! If you have difficulty climbing stairs, be aware that there are 2 large flights to get to this unit. We were always able to find parking on the street right in front of the building, which was more convenient for us than the garage. Depending on traffic it usually took between 20-30 mins to get into the city. About 30mins to 1+ hr from the airport depending on the time of day and traffic levels. Uber from O'Hare cost us about $40-50 during heavy traffic. Overall we had a great stay here. Owners are very responsive to any issues you may have. I would definitely stay here again!

As advertised (in a good way)

Good location and great condo with all the basics you need and plenty of towels. Decor is nice and natural lighting is pleasant. Parking is provided, but it’s tight so if your car is large be prepared.

Wonderful, spacious and clean

The a/c worked well during a heat wave, it was spacious, clean and easy to get to. Fluffy towels, comfy beds. Having a gated parking space was nice. Parking was easy on the street too, just pay attention to street sweeping day. A little rowdy on Juneteenth evening. Could use a new frying pan and some hooks to hang towels.

Chicago Bulls Game Getaway!

Our family of 5, all adults but one 14 year old came up to Chicago Friday evening to catch a Bulls game & stay for the weekend. Check-in was quick & easy. The apartment was just like the photos, gorgeous! The area was great! We would definitely stay here again. It was FANTASTIC!

Beautiful and Comfortable!

I live in Chicago, but rented this condo to host my family for the weekend over the holidays. It's a beautiful unit with brand new appliances. Do note, however, that there is not elevator access in the building, so you will need to go up 2 flights of stairs. That said, our stay was lovely and comfortable, the amenities were great, the beds were comfortable, everything was sparkling clean. Only feed back is I do think the hosts could add a few more kitchen wares in terms of silverware, plates, and cooking utensils relative to how bedrooms/guests there are potentially. Would definitely recommend this property and would absolutely book it again!

Beautiful

This place was just as it is in the photos. Clean, clean and had the amenities needed for us to cook some breakfast and chill out and watch television. The balcony was awesome but could use some furniture out there to enjoy some outside air. Check the rooftop, great views of the city skyline! The parking was great and secure. We had an issue with the alarm the first night and one of the three people were able to help with the situation. We chose this place for the vicinity to the United Center and it was a quick three minute walk. The neighborhood was cute and close to everything but mainly by car which was fine with my family because we got to explore as well. Downtown is ten minutes away by car. We will back if ever in Chicago again!

Impressive Property and Location

A great landing place for our short weekend family trip to Chicago! The property has really easy parking, and quick access to downtown as well. We also attended a concert at the United Center, and the walk was short and quick and made going out so much easier than finding concert parking and the headache that comes along with it. We also really enjoyed the "newness" of the unit and the fact that even though there were neighbors upstairs we heard nothing. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were a welcome addition (the shower in the primary bedroom was impressive!). We also enjoyed the huge island with seating and the comfortable living room area to relax and unwind after a busy day out exploring the city. I have to add that this probably is the most "self-parking" friendly VRBO we have stayed at in Chicago. We have had challenges in the past with little to no parking when coming into the city, but this place just...works! The property management team was very responsive when we had questions (like within minutes!). If you are looking for a place to stay close to downtown (e.g., cheaper uber/lyft trips), and walking distance to the United Center, this is IT.
