This property is amazing. The house is well-appointed for two couples or a family with kids, and it is filled with antique charm. From books to pictures/paintings, and a substantial record collection, there are ample ways to relax. We had a great time and would definitely recommend.
I love this little farmhouse so much. The peaceful surroundings, the fireplace, the books, the old leather sofas you sink into for hours. It never disappoints.
This is our 5th or 6th time staying here. We have never had any issues and will hopefully return again next year. The house is very clean and has many extras in the kitchen in case you forget something. The dining room is large enough to enjoy family dinners together. It’s a ten out of ten for our group.
My husband and I had a great time at this cool old home with its lovely peaceful grounds. We particularly loved the big front porch with a swing, grill, and table set. Kitchen was well stocked and Jaime was a very gracious host. We would love to visit again!
Charming house on a country road surrounded by peace and quiet. The porch is a wonderful spot to relax and watch the horses in the pasture. The sound of the waterfall was very relaxing as you sit out on the patio enjoying the fresh night air. This house is a perfect spot to slow down and reconnect to the beauty of nature.
The property is in the mountains with a stream that falls into a pond on the side of the house. A fireplace is adjacent to the fall.
The Farmhouse is from the 1800s but up to date, It was a comfortable home a short drive from Milford.
We really enjoyed our stay, cool waterfall outside the house, nice porch, roomy bedrooms with tvs, and a pond with fish to feed. Easy to get to a bunch of different sites and shops.
My family and I stayed at the farmhouse! It was so peaceful and we loved our stay and we will definitely be back! There was so much to do within 15 min of the house. Kept everyone busy and happy! The property is gorgeous and so peaceful. The house was very clean and well stocked with essentials. The host was great to work with and very responsive to all questions.
The farmhouse was everything we expected - historic, great location and very comfortable. Even the weather cooperated, with beautiful, sunny Spring days. Great location for exploring this part of the Pocono's. Jamie was a great host.
Perfect Home Base for Exploring Delaware Water Gap
I stayed here 4 nights while hiking/photographing the Delaware Water Gap. Location is perfect for that, on a quiet country road bordering the DWG. But it's also just minutes to Milford and Route 6, or Route 209 and points south. House is beautiful and well maintained. Wi-Fi worked great, plenty of hot water for showers, gas stove was great for cooking on. Would definitely stay here again.
What an adorable charming home! Nestled in the quiet countryside just outside Milford, this home (from the 1800s!) does not disappoint. It is super quaint, clean, charming and was a joy to stay in. Dining room is incredible; felt like a slice of history. Grounds are beautiful; there's a stream just next to the house, several ponds, and you'll wake up to birdsong. Communication with owner was great and he was very accommodating to our needs. Would stay here again!
We were so impressed with this property and the communication with the owner. I intentionally booked an older home because we love history, and this house just absolutely fit this and was beautiful.
What a wonderful weekend stay! The farmhouse is charming and we loved looking through the impressive book collection. The house is very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed feeding the fish in the pond and hanging out on the porch swing. We visited several nearby waterfalls. Would definitely stay here again!
