Adventure Awaits is the perfect base for your stay in Red Lodge. This brand-new 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom standalone townhome in Alpine Basin features vaulted ceilings, high-end appliances, high-speed internet, central A/C, and an open floor plan, making it an inviting place whether you are venturing out or staying in year-round.

Kitchen
The kitchen includes a gas stove, quartz countertops, an island with two bar stools, a blender, Instapot, toaster, hand mixer, Keurig coffee maker, and an electric hot water kettle.

Dining
The dining area has a table with seating for four.

Living
The living room boasts a large sectional, a 55” Smart Samsung TV, a gas fireplace, and a variety of books, games, and puzzles for all ages.

Laundry
The laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, along with vacuum and cleaning supplies.

Hall Closet
The hall closet offers storage for kitchen appliances, extra towels, and hot tub towels.

Hall Bathroom
The hall bathroom features a full-size bath/tub.

2nd Bedroom
The second bedroom is furnished with twin-over-queen bunk beds, bean bag chairs, a large closet with ample space and a variety of toys, a 55” Smart Samsung TV, and a Super Nintendo Mini.

Master Suite
The master suite includes a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, a 55” Smart Samsung TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub, tile shower, double sinks, a separate w/c, and radiant floor heating.

Garage
The garage offers storage areas for skis and snowboards, a workbench, a broom, a shovel, a kids' shovel, a backpack and reusable bags to borrow, and two adult cruiser bikes with helmets. It also provides outdoor games.

Outdoor Space
The outdoor space features a variety of seating on a covered patio, a propane gas fire pit, a hot tub, a Weber grill, and wonderful views of the mountains.

Family-Friendly Amenities
This home is equipped with a highchair, a Pack 'n Play, coloring supplies, and toys, games, and books for all ages.

Located just minutes from downtown in a brand-new neighborhood west of the roundabout at 3rd Street and Broadway, Adventure Awaits provides convenient access to all local attractions. Please note, the neighborhood is still under construction.

House Rules
Remove shoes/boots inside.

No pets allowed.

No smoking of any kind allowed.

No parties or extra guests.

Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM.

Cover and clean the grill after use.

Return any furniture or items to their original place after use.

No paint, confetti, or glitter.

Ensure the hot tub is closed up and latched after each use to keep it clean.
