Recently renovated and nicely decorated, this Oceanfront Villa offers a spectacular direct oceanfront view of the Atlantic Ocean! No parking lot in sight. No other building in sight.

The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dinette for indoor dining. The living area has a queen sized sofa with HD TV and DVD. In the bedroom there is a king size bed with HD Smart TV and DVD. High speed Internet is provided. The balcony is off the bedroom on the oceanfront side of the villa where you can sit and enjoy the spectacular views of and sounds of the ocean. Unlike most units, this villa has central AC which offers consistent comfort throughout. We are walking distance up the beach to Coligny Plaza shopping and restaurants. Additional amenities include an on-site pool, outside showers for residents and guests and grilling areas.

Mike had everything you need for a stay at his place…we stayed for 2 weeks and couldn’t aske for a better place or location….mike helped me get my laptop setup with spectrum TV….had the rep talk me thru it and all was good,as I was working remote…view was fabulous…check in easy….wish the weather was better, but that was not mikes fault…lol…..TV’s are a little out dated,but that was not an issue…great place will do its in if available.

Was exactly as described. Had all convinces as home. Only complaint, was not provided with enough toilet paper for a week stay, had to go out and buy more.

Hidden Gem

This is at least the 4th time my husband and I have stayed here. Always a great time. Accommodations are great for the 2 of us! View is awesome. Place is well stocked! Will definitely be back!

Fantastic

I've been staying at SSV for over 25 years now, and the location can't be beat. This particular condo is very well maintained, clean, and had lots of little extras other units have not offered. Communication with the owner was excellent. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and can't wait until I am able to return.

The owner was one of the best I have ever dealt with in my years of coming to HH. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner. His renovated unit was perfect and check-in was a breeze. The sound of the ocean waves capped off each night in a beautiful sunny week!

Excellent location. Close to many restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean and very comfortable. First floor condo is a plus if climbing steps is a problem. Bedroom is very roomy with a view of the ocean. This condo is one of the few at Seaside Villas that has central heat/ air, which is definitely a plus during the warm summer months. Condo was stocked with all the essentials to get your stay started. Owner is very good to work with. You won’t go wrong spending your vacation in this condo.

Very nice

We have stayed at Sea Side Villas several times in the past at another condo on the oceanfront. This one was available at the time we wanted to visit. Nicely appointed and comfortable, with great beach views and accessibility. If the previous condos are not available again for our next trip, will definitely book this one again.

Great Hilton Head stay

This has to be the best condo available in Seaside Villas. I love the layout... There is only one set of stairs from the paking area. And when you walk in the condo door, you are walking into the living space, not the bedroom. The bedroom is located at the end by a sliding glass door that leads out to the balcony. This eluminates any noises from the hallway and allows you to wake up to a beautiful vivew ov the front lawn. The condo was clean and well kept with a full size stove and refrigerator. The owners are friendly and very accommodating. I cannot wait till I book this again next year.

Location, location, location

This villa is beautifully equipped. Everything was pretty much perfect. We enjoyed the view from the balcony so much. It was clean and there were supplies that I was not expecting. Walk to the beach and Coligny with ease. We will be back.

Dreamy beach condo

Right away I knew this was a good choice because of the responsiveness of the owner. Every question was answered fully and timely. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the beach right from our window. The attention to detail in the amenities provided did not go unnoticed. The towels and sheets were of exceptional quality, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. The bed itself was spacious and incredibly comfortable. This place was immaculate. It was evident that great care had been taken to maintain the space, making it one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed. Additionally, the convenience factor was unbeatable. With easy walking access to Coligny, we enjoyed exploring the area without any hassle. The secure building added an extra layer of peace of mind during our stay. Overall, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. This Vrbo provided the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and coziness, making it a standout choice for anyone seeking a dreamy beach getaway. We can't wait to return!

As it is said, location is everything and this condo was great. Our only comments are: 1. This is the fourth VRBO property we stayed at and it had the least amount of amenities of any that we stayed at. There was no spices or any other cooking needs, including plastic wrap or aluminum foil. If you plan to stay here, bring these items with you. 2. Overall great vacation ! The condo was update and centrally located in HHI. The master bedroom was huge with an amazing ocean view ! Cleaning could be better ie under furniture.. We would go back !!

Great location

The condo was not as clean as I’d hoped but nothing major. The view is beautiful and the location is great to go to Coligny! My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay and miss it already!
