Old Florida style home with a modern twist. 1 BR with Queen bed/1 BA with walk in shower. Sleeps up to 2 persons. Full kitchen with oven, pots/pans, dishes, utensils, etc. Microwave. Property has fenced backyard with heated pool (winter) ,lounge chairs, patio tables and chairs, and gas grill. VIEW THE GULF FROM THE FRONT OF THE PROPERTY, 2 minute walk to the beach! Public beach access to the Gulf of Mexico just across the street!! A great location!! This is 1 of 4 units that share the property, backyard and amenities. Enjoy the pristine white sand beaches so famous on Anna Marie Island & Bradenton Beach. Watch the sunsets or sun rise on the Inter Coastal Waterway off Tampa Bay. The unit is ground level and opens onto shared yard/pool. Clean.. peaceful... and private to renting guests only. Unit is within walking distance to a variety of island shops & restaurants. Free Island trolley 'stop' on our corner. Trolley takes you from one end of the island to the other (just jump on & off). Visit all the beaches, fishing docks, entertainment, city pier and shopping. Quiet residential area. Come enjoy a friendly piece of paradise! 2 night minimum.

Perfect Location

This was a prime spot on the island. Close to shops and restaurants but even closer to the beach. We enjoyed our time here and will book again. Jill is a very responsive host.

Wonderful cottage, very nicely decorated and supplied with everything needed even beach chairs, umbrella and cooler! Great communication for easy check in and check out. Very short walk to beach was a plus!

Great location

The location is great, the only downside was the water pressure in the shower. The place is so cute and very well stocked for cooking. We love staying at Jill's place, this is this is the second New years we have stayed at her place.

Short but wonderful

Highly recommend this property to anyone needing a great vacation rental. Excellent communication with the owner and she reached out multiple times to make sure we were taken care of. Next time we plan a longer return visit.

COMPLETELY UPDATED IN 2019.-. The is just Beach-95 steps, 1 house away. Heated Pool, grill, owner managed, Cottage style, not a condo, Old Florida at it's best! NEW GRANITE, SHOWER, FLOORING, DRYWALL, PAINT, CABINETS, QUEEN BED, ALL NEW FINISHES AND FURNITURE
