Beautiful, with 3 bedrooms (being a suite with hydro), 1 large bedroom mezzanine, balconies, 3 bathrooms, recreation area, swimming pool with waterfall and hydro, lawn garden, barbecue, garage, and all walled. Between Praia do Curral and Praia Grande in IlhaBela, near the paquetá waterfall. A private guesthouse!
Admission to the property only with the lease signed, plus the copy of the CNH or RG and proof of residence.
*** It is not allowed to hold public parties in the property.
*** We accept pets.
