As a guest, you have the entire apartment to yourself in this small multi-unit building. This accommodation is a private apartment in a property with 2 available fully equipped apartments. If you're traveling with friends or another family you can be together while having complete privacy by renting multiple units. This is a RARE FIND!!!

-- There is a washer and dryer + a BBQ grill that can be used by guests. There may be parking right outside of the apartment as well.

-- There is a bike and a scooter available for guests to use as well. Please coordinate with others when you're there! :)

Awaken all your senses. In the center of the Art District, check out museums, live art events, and jaw-dropping murals.

-- Yes! to live salsa music and dancing in a little bodega where you purchase a beer out of the fridge, take salsa lessons on the beach with Santurce Salsa Club, then down the street find a big outdoor restaurant Guararé with high-end international cuisine and A-level musicians performing nightly, then join the party at La Placita & Lote 23.

-- Anthony Bourdain featured Esquina Watusi in Santurce as a favorite spot on "Parts Unknown Puerto Rico".

-- Stroll a bit more to arrive at the Convention Center District, stores, pharmacies, public transportation, Walmart & everything you need. Uber service in the area is abundant and reasonably priced. In fact, unless you're planning on traveling across the island, you probably don't need to rent a car for your all entire stay or at all.

-- Is Santurce safe? You will not find high-rise hotels nor perfectly paved streets providing an expressionless version of Puerto Rico here, and you don't want that. Santurce has a lot of activity so it is not hard to stay around people and avoid conflict if you choose to. PR is one of the safest Caribbean islands with lower crime rates than many other cities in the United States, the main crime tourists experience is pickpocketing.

Everyone has different comfort levels depending on your personality or experiences, you are encouraged to use your street sense and Uber can take you door-to-door if you have concerns.
