The Neighborhood:
This wonderful condo is located minutes from the Pigeon Forge Parkway and in the Whispering Pines Condo development!

Getting Around:
We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The condo features paved roads all the way to it and without any inclement weather any car should be fine but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area. This condo is located in downtown Pigeon Forge, TN and within walking distance to the Parkway.

Other Things to Note:
Must be 21 or older to book this condo.

This condo sleeps 6 guests maximum.

We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate around October-March give or take depending on the weather.

Coffee maker is a regular drip coffee maker. (bring coffee)

The condo is located on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator.

The outdoor pool and lazy river usually open around Memorial Day each year give or take. The outdoor pool and lazy river usually close at the end of August each year give or take. These dates are subject to change at any time and out of our control as they are controlled by the HOA. Any necessary maintenance work is out of our control, too, and controlled by the HOA with no notice. Thank you for your understanding.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment with a great view of pigeon forge. Excellent location. The only downside was that the hot tub and both pools were closed during our stay.

Great Location and a Great View!

If you are looking for a nice condo that is centrally located and easy to access from Pigeon Forge Parkway then this is your condo. The condo was very clean and looked just like the pictures. We didn't get to enjoy the pretty balcony because of the weather, but I am sure in the nice weather you could really enjoy that space. The condo was also near the indoor pool which was nice, especially with the cold weather. The road going up to the complex was treated so even with the snow and ice we had on this trip, we didn't have any issues getting down to the Parkway. The owner was really easy to communicate with too which is always a plus.

Perfect Spot

This property is ideally located for a trip to Pigeon Forge. Easy access to the Parkway and all attractions. With the grade of the property, the front door is only a few stairs up from the parking lot but offers great views of the city and lights. The condo was very clean and the host was very responsive. 10/10

Great Getaway!

We stayed there after a fee days at Dollywood. The location was very close to Dollywood. We also shopped for a few day, the condo was a little father from the outlets. But we took the backroads, so we never had to sit in traffic too long.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay! We were surprised to find a pool outside and a lazy river. We knew there was an indoor pool but the kids enjoyed the outdoor pool even though it was a little chilly. The condo was great. The only issue we had was the jacuzzi tub and the master shower tub didn't drain well and had hair and dirt collecting in the bttom. Other than that it was the perfect place.

Short celebration for milestone!!

Great experience all around. This property is very clean and well-maintained. The beds are very comfortable. Located close to Dollywood and not far from Gatlinburg. The host is responsive. We would definitely stay here again!
