Welcome to this newly renovated 2 bedroom condo in the gorgeous Origins at Seahaven Resort. Just minutes from Pier Park, Origins at Seahaven is across the street from the emerald green waters and shimmering white sands of the Gulf of Mexico.

As you enter your vacation paradise you are welcomed with floor-to-ceiling windows and doors offering a panoramic view of Panama City Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Your Living area is family-friendly with a queen sofa sleeper so that this home sleeps six comfortably. A flat-screen TV, private balcony access, separate formal dining area, and additional breakfast bar seating makes this home your first choice for a memorable vacation. The fully equipped and upgraded kitchen has everything from the coffee maker to a blender for your frozen drinks. It is HUGE, so entertaining family and friends is a must.

The master suite also has private balcony access, a plush king bed, flat-screen TV, and an en suite master bath for added convenience. The guest bedroom also features a king bed for added comfort and convenience. Awesome location just across from the beach at a resort where amenities are all part of the low rates including fitness center, HUGE Gulf-front pool, hot tub, on-site market and restaurant, movie theater, and much more!

Such a great location and everyone there was so friendly room was so clean and we just walked straight from the property to the beach and every restaurant we wanted to go to was walking distance. What a great time.

We loved the condo! It had great views, huge bedrooms. They had two beach chairs in the unit, which was nice. Could use some updated pans in the kitchen and the carpet had some stains on it, but overall this condo was amazing!

We have stayed in this stretch of beach for the last 12 years or so. First time at the Origin and likely the last due to the bizarre pool rules and borderline harassing “security” presence. With that being said. Our property was spacious and comfortable. The location is near sharky’s beach restaurant, pier park and several other places we like to frequent. The property manager did a great job in handling our booking.

Tge beach across the street wasn't too crowded and we liked having a store attached to the building for ice, drinks, coffee, etc. The condo was great however if you plan to cook like we do bring your own stuff the kitchen is not well stocked. I was fully prepared for the elevators to take forever but they didn't and figuring out parking wasn't bad either. We will definitely be back.

TN Fall Break
The place is nice compared to other comparable places we have stayed in PCB. It had great access to the beach. The carpet was clean and free of sand (must be hard to do on a beach). The whole place was very clean and tidy. Small updates would make this a 5 star place. TVs are very fickle for being smart TVs. The kitchen was well appointed but only had silverware for about 5 place settings. Be prepared to hand wash items.

Reviewer Comments: Great location, good amenities, strict but convenient rental process, property has few minor issues, customer service was security for after hours, Realty company very strict with issues and policies, especially checking out, no concern for any problems even being in hospital with son and couldn’t pack up in time. Only cared about business money aspects of rental.
