5 Stars - Condo was clean, well equipped and had lots of space. It had a nice view of a small lake and Sea World. The descriptions on the website were accurate. We contacted them about a couple of minor things when we got there and they were promptly dealt with. Parking was fine and fairly close to the unit. We were mainly going to the theme parks each day and did not get a chance to experience the rest of the complex but we did walk around it and it looked well kept and if we had more time, we probably would have enjoyed it. Place was very big. great location, 4th floor end unit. Complex was very nice. Very nicely stocked and beds were comfortable. Didnt get to use any of the perks of the complex but they did look good. We would rent again

Clean, close to Convention Center and Sea World. We were not there alot other than to sleep but we enjoyed the condo. Loved watching the Sea World fireworks.

Loved the property and very spacious. I was a little disappointed in the number of restrooms. The property description and rental agreement had two different number of restrooms. If I would have paid closer attention, I would have looked for something with at least 3 restrooms being we had 7 members in our group.

This penthouse condo was in a good location to our conference we had for work. The carpet was a little dirty and I wasn't going to say anything, but when I was notified there was damage and the pictures showed washcloths from taking off make-up, I knew they were going to try to get more money out of me!! I have never been charged for taking off my make up! Thats what bleach is for!! To make matter worse I didn't get any notification but just a charge on my card for $168!!! That is an outrageous amount of money and a miss use of my credit card without authorization! This is not a reputable way to run a business! If you decide to rent from them please be careful!!!

Very Worn out not kelp up rental- DON’T STAY HERE

It was semi clean Bathrooms were clean, but only a few thin body towels. Kitchen was clean. But the condo is worn out and not kept up 1. the worse was the dark stained carpet. Deep stains imbedded deep into the carpet. We kept our socks on because the carpet was so dirty. Carpet was worn out. 2. Lighting in the bedrooms was minima. Dark rooms. 3. Main living area, couch has worn out springs, and chairs uncomfortably as well Dressers scratched and second hand looking. 4. I was charged/ charged a fine for the old stains in carpet. 5.. every unit has a trash bin, some trash was not mine but from other units. I was charged/given a fine for that as well. going the forward there should be a different trash bin collection so other units cannot throw their garbage in other units bins. 6.. our family has rented VRBO for years and years and have never been this disappointed in a unit or owner. The owner worked thru a third party called iTrip Orlando. Beware of the third party. 7.. very disappointed in VRBO. I HAVE HAD A PERFECT review for every rental for the past 25 plus years- we may have to use other sources for rentals. 8.. be careful of the owners you rent from. I feel the owners purposely lied to get more money out of me. Who else have they done this too? I presently have an appeal to the owner and iTrip Orlando concerning the changes- still waiting for their review to see if my fines will be cancelled.

The property was as advertised. The four of us had plenty of space in this large property. The gated property certainly added more security. Although we didn’t use any of the amenities outside of the condo, they were nice and plentiful. We would definitely booked again.

Everything we needed!

Great communication and easy check in. Really appreciated being able to walk to Grocery chain (Publix) and Walgreens. Unit is spacious, and clean so we were happy. We enjoyed the balcony, walking trail and the pool/clubhouse. Elevators were fast and stairway access just outside unit.

Fantastic stay

We are half way through our stay in Vista Cay, what a wonderful place to stay. Not far from any of the parks or shopping centres. Welcome pack was appreciated to get our stay started. And as a party of six we have plenty of space Apartment is spotless and balcony a is great for my cup of tea I the mornings and glass of wine to watch the fireworks in the evening. A short walk to the pool and pool bar, where all of the staff are so friendly. We would highly recommend staying here.

An accurate, detailed and hopefully helpful review.

Overall staying in this condo wasn’t a bad experience, but a couple things i wish I didn’t have to deal with. The good: -Planets aligned for early check in..thanks for that. -Condo was as described in the listing. -Overall wasn’t a bad experience. -Dan, Maintenance, cleaning person all responded to my condo cleanliness complaints and issues were resolved. The Bad: -Upon Arrival condo wasn’t as clean as expected. Had to call for a second cleaning. -Ceiling vents were gross with either black dirt or mold. Spread from the vents to the ceiling. Was like looking up at a ceiling in a motel off a random expressway exit. Can’t expect people to look up at that during their stay. -All beds are uncomfortable. -Master bed is very noisy…every move generates noise. Very hard mattress imo. -Ceiling fan outside gets noisy at high speeds..needs some work, but was good enough at low speeds. I want to give kudos to the cleaning person and maintenance person that came the next day. Cleaning person cleaned problem areas, changed the condo filter and was even able to get the stains off the bath tub. Maintenance person cleaned the vents and even painted the ceiling around the vents where needed. They both saved the day. If the hard mattress and noisy master bed were resolved then i would definitely stay in this condo again. Proper reviews and complaints help those that come after us…hope this one helps others that stay at this condo many times after me.

Just what we needed

This property has a great location, beautiful view over the water, and all the amenities you could need. The condo had a starter set of all the essentials and then we went to Publix which is right across the street to get everything we needed for the week. Everything was really comfortable and we had plenty of space to spread out. Would stay again!

Great- just a few things missing.

We were told there would be one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and trash bags, but none of these were provided on arrival, but fortunately there was Publix around corner where we could purchase missing items. That is only complaint. Condo was nice and spacious for our families stay and was close to park we wanted to visit. Had a great time.

Location and views

We enjoyed our stay in this condo, especially the location to all sites in the area. Management was excellent in quickly responding to any of our concerns. We did cook a lot of our meals during our 3 week stay so the lack of silverware was a small issue that we solved by buying plastic ones. It had plenty for very young children. The beds were comfortable. We'd go back again.
