Looking for a cozy and comfortable place to unwind and relax a bit? 20x Superhost managed, this family friendly 3 BR home is just that and more. The home feels new and the open floor plan will allow you and your group to spread out and feel right at home. If you're looking for excitement, you are less than 15 minutes from Carowinds and only 9 minutes from shopping and restaurants galore. The fully fenced rear yard is yours to enjoy as well! We look forward to hosting you!

The home is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Right across the street is an amazing and large green space that is made for relaxation. A community pool is available to enjoy as well.

Uber or Lyft are great options and you're only a 10 minute drive to the I-485/South Blvd Light Rail Station which will take you to Uptown Charlotte and beyond!
