Beautiful new condo in the heart of Nashville, free parking, near downtown
This beautiful condo is close to downtown Nashville, just 1 mile from Broadway, the Ryman, the new soccer stadium and Bridgestone arena. If you are traveling for work or a concert, this is a GREAT location, just 15minutes from the airport and close to every venue downtown. The loft has large 8ft tall windows and 10ft high ceilings with ample light. The condo is spacious with a beautiful kitchen and dining area. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and there is a half bathroom off the living room. There is a daybed in the living room that converts into two twin beds. Condo can sleep up to 6 comfortably. The condo has everything you need for an easy and peaceful stay including free parking! I have Superhost status on other rental platforms but am new to VRBO. I mention this simply to note that the unit is well equipped and ready for you!

Why they chose this property
This up and coming neighborhood is close to EVERYTHING. There is a beautiful arboretum in walking distance at the Old Nashville City Cemetery along with Fort Negley if you enjoy an afternoon stroll. There are wonderful restaurants and cafes nearby.
What makes this property unique
This loft is open and spacious with ample room to stretch out and enjoy a respite from the city. It is a recent build with beautiful modern appliances. There are abundant windows and natural light.
