Surrounded by towering pine trees, this home features vaulted ceilings, propane fireplace, Wi-Fi, smart TV, foosball table, fully-stocked kitchen, large deck, and a spacious backyard. Minutes from groceries, gas, golf, wineries, fishing, swimming, and restaurants. Just 40-minutes to Kirkwood Ski Resort.

LIVING/DINING ROOM: Vaulted ceilings/open-concept, Roku Smart TV, luxury leather chairs, propane fireplace, dining table for 6
KITCHEN: Fully equipped, cooking dishes, Brita water filter, drip coffee maker, electric tea kettle, dishware/utensils, toaster, breakfast bar w/ seating. Complimentary coffee/tea (green/black), dish soap, sponges, paper towels, garbage bags.
BEDROOM 1: King bed, reading chair, dedicated workstation with monitor/keyboard, USB charging ports, private bathroom
BEDROOM 2: Queen bed, reading chair, USB charging ports
BEDROOM 3: Queen bed, bunk bed, reading chair, USB charging ports
BATHROOMS: 2 bathrooms total. Master bath has just a shower. Hallway bath has a bathtub and shower. Complimentary bodywash/shampoo, Q-tips, cotton pads, and hair dryer

She is an architectural lighting designer and has brought the space to life with thoughtful design touches throughout. I love my cabin's serene location in Pioneer, CA. It's near ski slopes for winter excitement and an adventurer's paradise in the summer. The nights offer breathtaking starry skies, and there's plenty of room for kids to play. It's the perfect retreat for both relaxation and outdoor fun.
