House on the Missouri River
Beautiful 4 Bedroom house on the Missouri River. Ranch style home next to Bismarck/ Mandan area. The dock is in! There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom in the basement. One full and one half baths upstairs and 1 half bath in the basement. Master bedroom (main floor) has a view of the river. A formal dining area plus a kitchen breakfast area with bay window overlooking the river view. A dedicated office space also with a view of the river. A quiet sitting room on the main floor. Full size washer and dryer on the main floor next to bedrooms 2 and 3. Giant deck on the river side of the house. Two stall garage with a large guest parking pad off to the side. Internet is up and running. TV in the master bedroom and the living room.
Love the fact that it is quiet in the yard like being in the countryside. Do not hear planes or highway noise. Yet only minutes away from the medical facilities in Bismarck and convenient shopping from a Walmart .
The quiet peacefulness of the yard and the house is a big favorite for anyone who visits there.
