This 2 bedroom 2 bath furnished rental home in Simpsonville, SC was completely renovated in 2021 with modern amenities and stylish finishes. The home is equipped with central heating and air but also has ceiling fans in bedrooms and main living areas for your comfort level.
Primary Bedroom: Queen size bed, 2 nightstands, dresser with drawer organizers, 43" 4K Roku Smart TV, jewelry/dressing "station" with mirror. Overhead recessed lighting as well as lamps by beds. One window to the back yard has 2 inch blinds and room darkening window treatments.
Primary Closet: Two large walkthrough closets with overhead shelving, hooks over door, full length clothing rods with hangers, shoe/boot organizers.
Primary Bath: 60" vanity with 6 drawers and 2 cabinet doors, Single undermount sink surrounded by Cambria quartz countertops, comfort height elongated seal toilet, full size tub/shower combo unit. Small wall shelving, wall hook, bathroom ventilation fan, large mirror over sink with ample overhead lighting. GFCI outlet to the right of the sink. Hotel style shower curtain with washable/removable snap in liner on industrial style cast iron securely mounted for long term durability.
Secondary Bedroom: Two twin beds that can convert to a King size bed. (Linens included for both configurations). 2 marble topped nightstands that hold lamps with integrated wireless phone charging option. Tall chest with drawer organizers, wall mirror over chest. Room has overhead recessed lighting. One window to the front yard has 2 inch blinds and room darkening window treatments. Ethernet connection near tall dresser.
Secondary Bedroom Closet: Sliding (bypass style) closet doors with two levels of overhead shelving and full length clothes rod with hangers. Shoe rack and hanging organizer add functionality. Clothes hamper is tucked into corner.
Hall Bathroom: 48" vanity with 3 drawers and 2 cabinet doors, Single undermount sink surrounded by Cambria quartz countertops, comfort height elongated seat toilet, full size tub/shower combo unit. Small wall shelving, multiple wall hooks, bathroom ventilation fan, large mirror over sink with ample overhead lighting. Additional open storage to the right of sink area with GFCI outlet. Hotel style shower curtain with washable/removable snap in liner on industrial style cast iron securely mounted for long term durability.
Laundry room: Clad in shiplap with industrial style shelving, the laundry room is in the hallway right outside the bedrooms. Top load Whirlpool Washer/Dryer set. No agitator in washer. Three shelves over washer dryer and storage to the left and right for broom, mop, stepstool, etc. Although no iron and ironing board are provided, a clothing steamer is provided.
Alcove: The alcove is our version of a mudroom/entrance hall closet. Four hooks on shiplap backing for coats and backpacks. Stained wood seat with 6 cubbies below for shoes or other quick grab items. One cubby is dedicated to technology/internet hardware connections.
Den: Dedicated 60 inch slimline counter height desk holds a lamp with integrated USB outlet for phone charging. Modern vegan leather couch and two mid-century modern inspired side velour side chairs offer a welcoming spot to watch tv on the 55" 4K Roku Smart Tv. Two windows with 2" blinds provide plenty of natural light to add to the overhead recessed lighting.
Breakfast Room: Compact 36" counter height table expands with attached leaves tucked underneath table top in front of window with 2" blinds. Seats 4.
Kitchen: Modern white shaker style cabinets with black hardware allow for plenty of storage and included kitchen appliances that provide everything you need to cook meals. Cambria quartz countertops with a large single bowl undermount stainless sink is situated under the window that overlooks the back yard. Black and stainless steel appliances include: Dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, Induction smooth cooktop and electric oven, microwave over with exterior venting.

Linens: Each bed has all white linens that are 100% cotton. Quilt and sham, blanket and SUPER soft 400TC Sateen sheets. All memory foam mattresses, box springs and pillows are fully encased. All mattresses also have waterproof mattress pads. Towels are 100% Egyptian cotton.
Deck: Trex decking with two chairs, small table overlooks a third of an acre. The home has recently been put on an annual weed prevention/treatment program and lawn care (mowing) is included every other week. If you would like more frequent lawn mowing, please inquire about the additional cost.
Security Cameras: Two security cameras are located on the exterior of the property. One is integrated into the spot light facing the backyard and the other is a doorbell cam. Access will be shared with tenant. There are no security cameras indoors.
Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and easy access to I-385 from either Fairview Road -OR- West Georgia Road. This home is tucked away in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood with ample parking. Two driveway options are available in case you travel with your RV (no hookups available at this time).
