The kitchen features a gourmet chef's kitchen with top of the line appliances including 6 burner gas stove, refrigerator/freezer combo, microwave with heating drawer, dishwasher, fully stocked utensil drawers, coffee maker, juicer, blender etc. The large entertaining room is home to a custom bar, built from imported Bolivia wood which is fully stocked with all your bar needs and a pool table.

The grassed backyard features an exquisite Pebble Tec pool, spa, gas fire pit, several outdoor comfortable seating areas, lounge chairs and a covered ramada with a gas BBQ, TV, fireplace and an additional seating area.

The backyard is fully grassed and hosts a state of the art Pebble Tec pool, spa, a covered, outdoor ramada with BBQ, TV, covered fireplace and seating area, a built-in gas fire pit with surround seating, several lounge chairs and other lush seating areas. You can see the majestic Arizona sunsets, unobstructed every night from any place in the backyard. The garage is fully stocked with pool accessories including children's life jackets and flotation devices. A pool bathroom is located near the back of the home accessible from inside the home and the back patio. This bathroom is home to pool towels, sunscreens, lotions and other toiletries. The home also includes 4 covered patios complete with comfortable patio furniture. A large, covered front porch adds additional desert views, seating and sunset viewing.

The house also features an in-home gym equipped with a treadmill, spin bike, dip bar, free weights, TV, etc with a gorgeous view of the backyard and desert to make working out even more enjoyable.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:

- Early check-in/late check-out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Approval required.

- You will receive a unique security code before arrival that will allow you keyless entry into the property using our smart lock. This way you never have to worry about losing a key and everyone in your party will be able to lock and unlock the door with your smart lock code. Your code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after you check out.

- You will receive simple and easy-to-follow check-out instructions upon your arrival

We are located within 10 minutes of the AZ-101 which can take you to shopping, dining, golfing and fun for everyone. These can be found nearby at Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, Desert Ridge, Scottsdale Fashion Square. Westworld, the site of many annual major events, is also nearby. Enjoy traditional western fun at restaurants, bars and shopping in the towns of Cave Creek and Carefree. Nearby Pinnacle Peak offers mountain hiking as well.

A SIGNED RENTAL CONTRACT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RENTALS AND MUST BE SIGNED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. NO EXCEPTIONS.

- Pool. If you choose to heat the pool there will be an additional charge to cover the cost of propane. Guests will be charged $125 per day.

The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. When heated, the temperature will be maintained between 80-84 degrees. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily.
