Walking distance to EVERYTHING - academy, lake, all restaurants, bars, stores & beach within 2 blocks. Big yard/large deck w/ grill for fun bbqs. Fully furnished including washer/dryer, DISH & Wifi. 1 bedroom, 1 full bath downstairs - no stairs/steps for either. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths upstairs. 1-night stays during week allowed in winter,. Can’t beat the fair value.

Great stay, just note that the address is not listed on the driveway side of the house, so it is a little confusing when you first pull up.
