Fantastic Property Rental

The property was exactly as described! Stayed with husband, daughter and small dog. As an older couple, we appreciated the location of the property and ease of getting around town. Colt did everything to make our visit extremely pleasant. Beds were so comfortable, kitchen stocked with essentials and house was so very clean and tidy. He was amazing at communication if we needed to ask a question. More than 5 stars, highly recommend!

Great location, clean, pet friendly, comfortable

Our stay was almost a week long. We cooked several nights for ACU students and kitchen was fully stocked. Comfortable beds and couches. Super clean. We loved the outdoor space, racketball court brought lots of laughs along with fire pit. This will be my first go to for ACU visits. Highly recommend!

Cozy cottage

From the time we arrived to the time we left we felt at home. The hot tub was awesome, I enjoyed a dip each evening. Colt was quick to respond to a question I had “location of the garbage can outside”. It is an older home and definitely has that vibe. We enjoyed our stay so much we tried to extend , however the home was already reserved, so I had to say good-bye to the hot tub.

New home away from home

Everything about this property was excellent. Communication with the host, cleanness, big spaces and a quiet neighborhood. I come to town once a month and stay with my kiddos. We have been looking for somewhere to stay every time and we have found it!

Just what we needed

This house is well-furnished, well-decorated, and well-run as a vacation rental. We were very cozy here during spring break. We cooked every meal in the kitchen and ate at the lovely dining table. I especially enjoyed the sitting room as a coffee nook. Our German shorthair pointer was happy with the back yard. We enjoyed playing the games and reading the coffee table books they have around. The property manager is very responsive. Downsides were minor: no oven light or garbage disposal, I saw two cockroaches, it took almost a month for vrbo to return my large security deposit, and lots and lots of fees - the advertised nightly rate is laughably inaccurate.

Quiet getaway with my love

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood. We took full advantage of the hot tub where the outdoor lighting really set it off.

A True Jewel

My adult siblings and I stayed at this beautiful house together and we absolutely loved its charm and location. We needed to be close to the hospital and this was perfect. The house is very clean and updated and we all loved the decor. The backyard is gorgeous and includes a hot tub that was on and hot, although we didn’t utilize it. The beds were new very comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. This house was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed our stay more than we expected. There is no washer and dryer on the property but we managed without them. I had to contact the owner a couple of times and his response time was extremely quick. I will definitely book here again.

Cute and comfortable house

Close to ACU

My family stayed here for ACU Family Weekend. It was close to the campus and had a cute backyard for our dogs. The house was super clean and the owner had all the things we needed. He was super nice and responded within 5-10 minutes each time I had a question. We would stay here again.
