Stay in a cozy and serene studio in Downtown Seattle

This studio apartment has its own entrance, is well furnished and has a full kitchen, a queen sized bed, full bath with shower and tub, living space, a lovely frontyard and patio.

Guests will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like

We came to Seattle for a concert and stayed two nights here! it was very quiet very clean! we had zero issues while we stayed would recommend for anyone intown that wants to get out and explore Seattle!

Tiny Living in Seattle

The location was very good. The apartment was close to everything we wanted to do and/or easy to get where we were going. We used rideshare services to get around, and there was plenty of rideshare availability and low or no wait times. The neighborhood was really quiet - we hardly saw or heard anyone else. There is an apartment above this one that we heard on occasion but nothing major. The main drawback for us was that the apartment itself was even smaller than we anticipated. Be aware that the photos in the listing, while accurately reflecting the accommodations, are taken to make the space look larger than it actually is. In addition, to maximize the small space the furnishings are small as well. The bed seems to be some kind of memory foam which took some getting used to but was comfortable. Be aware that the coffee/tea maker is a single cup maker (can use pods or ground), there is no dishwasher, and the kitchen is limited in cookware and dishes. The water pressure (shower) is awesome! The apartment and linens were very clean. The courtyard is private and a nice space with a small table and chairs. The courtyard could use some cleanup and maintenance. Overall, if you don't mind tiny living spaces this is a great option. It just wasn't for us.
