About this property

PLEASE NO LOCALS FROM THE ANCHORAGE AREAS.
This is a private townhome with a room for rent & an en suite bathroom to use. It comes with a queen bed, tv, a chair & small desk. There is parking available in the driveway. The room is on the 2nd floor. Coffee & an assortment of drinks are available. The home is located in a nice relatively quiet safe location with quick access to a green belt & creek. Only a few miles from downtown & quick access to all sorts of sightseeing in the city & mtns

There are towels in the bedroom & other toiletries in the drawers of the bathroom.
Guest access
Convenient walk to a bus stop & only 10 minute drive to the airport. Theres plenty of room in the driveway to park on the left hand side.

Clean, great spot to stay overnight!

We had a little trouble figuring out which room was ours because we arrived late at night, but once we found it we had a great stay. Clean, quiet, peaceful. Loved all the extras in the room - coffee, hot chocolate. Would stay here again!

Perfect stay, perfect host!

My wife and I got in LATE due to flight and car rental delays; but our host had communicated perfectly and we got to the room without any issues. Place was spotless, bed comfy, and coffee delicious. We had a nice chat with our host the next morning and he made an awesome recommendation for breakfast - Gwennies. Highly recommended!
