O Alan é uma pessoa prestativa e simpática, sempre pronto para ajudar. O apartamento é confortável, arredores muito bons, supermercado e shoppings próximo. Valeu a pena!

Estadia tranquila

A estadia foi ótimo,a localização é boa,os aps estao passando por melhorias, isso é bom. O único ponto negativo foi o chuveiro,no anúncio diz que tem chuveiro,mas não é elétrico, então como pegamos uma semana de chuva em Maceió, tivemos que tomar banho gelado.

Apartamento simples porém com o necessário para uma estadia perfeita. Usamos o apartamento apenas para café, banho e dormir. Dia todo fora aproveitando. Seu Alan super simpático e solícito. Sugiro apenas 1 ar condicionado no outro quarto e 1 microondas. Super indico. Com certeza voltaremos. Preço muito justo.

Apartamento atendeu minhas expectativas, próximo a um shopping considerável, próximo a bons restaurantes e local calmo! Fácil acesso para outras praias, estacionamento, tv a cabo e internet! Não tive qualquer problema!

O Alan é muito atencioso e o Ap uma graça

Eu amei o apartamento, simples, mas bem aconchegante. Qualquer problema o Alan ta sempre disposto a ajudar. A minha Janela ficava de frente pro mar e lá tem um nascer do Sol magnífico. (sou fotógrafa e isso pra mim fez muita diferença). Tem tudo perto, shopping, Mercado, farmácia, posto. Super indico!

custo beneficio

O apartamento e ótimo eu e minha família passamos 10 dias maravilhosos, acordávamos com o cheiro e o barulho do mar todos os dias, o SR Alan nos recepcionou muito bem providenciou nosso translado do aeroporto ao apto , so tenho a agradecer a localização do apto e ótima perto de tudo com certeza recomendaria este imóvel . gratidão resume minha hospedagem.

Não corresponde/decepção..

1º cama de casal quase quebrando e barulhenta ,de solteiro pé quebrado,fogão só funciona 2 bocas,torneira do wc quebrada varal com cordas pobres arrebenta atoa etc.. coisas que irrita e simples de resolver mas não sei qual é a politica do sr. ALAN em manutenção de seus aptos,saio de minha casa quero um minimo de conforto. 2º agua do prédio é péssima amarela e fedida deve ser de poço, gastei 5 galoes de 20 lts nos quase 9 dias que fiquei. 3º e resumindo é uma critica construtiva espero que sirva, e não adianta falar pra eu hospedar na próxima vez em hotel 5 estrelas porque não foi tão barato, e já aluguei vários outros mais enconta e funcionando tudo.

Ótimo custo beneficio

O apartamento é exatamente como esta descrito simples e aconchegante, a vista é maravilhosa e acordar com o barulho das ondas é muito bom. O Allan é uma pessoa muito atenciosa e quando precisei dele fui muito bem atendido. TUDO DE BOM!!!!! RECOMENDO!!!

Apto muito aconchegante com vista para a praia. Perto de tudo , boa localização. Ficamos bem acomodados. E o Sr. Alan sempre muito atencioso e prestativo, nos recebeu muito bem. Resumindo adorei tudo. Maceio é lindo! Recomendo.
