Immerse yourself in Chicago living at our centrally located, high end spacious townhome. Our home in the Gold Coast neighborhood offers a perfect blend of historic charm, cultural attractions, and a vibrant urban lifestyle with fine dining and boutique shopping. Only 3 blocks away from Red Line station, you can be in the Loop within 20 minutes! A 15 minutes walk to North Avenue Beach and Lincoln Park Zoo and less than a 10 minute walk to world famous Second City. Head into Lincoln Park for some boutique shopping or over to Old Town for the exquisite dining & nightlife. Walk to North Ave, Lincoln Park, and the beach on Lake Michigan!

Main floor
• Fully stocked eat in chef's kitchen -- Viking oven and gas stove, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, regular drip coffee pot (with complimentary start up coffee & filters), tea kettle, cookware, serveware, dinnerware, etc.
• Living room – open concept with large windows, stylish and comfy seating, stunning fireplace piece (unfortunately, non functional), along with a 50 inch TV with streaming capabilities.
• Large dining space that opens to the living room
• Half Bathroom
• Back patio – private, tranquil, secret garden-esque back patio with outdoor seating

Upstairs
• Primary Bedroom suite with king bed and comfy reading chair, includes an ensuite spa like bathroom with a full shower and soaking tub.
• 2nd Bedroom with queen bed and desk setup
• 3rd Bedroom with full bed and home office setup with high speed wifi, perfect for working from home (if you must!)

Basement Level
• Rec room with a large heavenly sectional, 50" TV with streaming capabilities, yoga mat, free weights, and board games. The perfect kid's escape!

At your home away from home in the Gold Coast, you'll be surrounded by fine dining, cultural attractions, and less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, all while being only 3 miles from the center of the city.

Guests have full access to the house and back patio, with the exception of 2 locked storage spaces in the basement.

We do not have dedicated parking spaces at the house and parking in the city can be tricky, so please be sure to read all posted signs before parking anywhere on the street to avoid being ticketed/towed. We recommend using parking apps like SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find parking spots around the city.

If you are bringing a furry friend along, I must know at the time of booking and prior to your arrival. There is a $125 dog fee per stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs. This does not cover any damage or clean up. All dogs must be house trained.

Smoking is not permitted in the house.

There are exterior ONLY security cameras actively recording, for the safety of both guest and property. Any tampering with the cameras will not be permitted.
