Phoenix V is a Gulf-front property with direct beach access, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a pirate-ship-themed splash pad for kids, hot tubs, saunas, a fitness center, and courts for tennis, racquetball, and basketball. If you're looking to get out and explore, you'll find Adventure Island, the 6,150-acre expanse of Gulf State Park, and downtown Orange Beach all within less than two miles.
What makes this condo so striking is the rear wall of glass framing the azure waters below. Slide the balcony doors open to sip your morning coffee at the high-top table, read in the salty sea breeze, or gather for sunset dinners and cocktails.
Inside, you can relax in central air conditioning whether you're cooking together in the well-equipped kitchen, sitting down for breakfast at the dining room table, or gathering for movies on cable or streaming in the living room. This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama, LLC.
The HOA will have the access to front entrance automatic doors closed 1/4/24-3/1/24. Access to the building will be limited to the east side lobby entrance, and the basement entrance from the parking garage. This project will require removal of the foundation of the lobby floor, which will produce some level of noise in the general area. The project will not impact the main building or the units. All elevators will be available during the project. All amenities will be available during the project.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 6.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
