Beautiful recently renovated victorian beach house mansion on 1.25 acres, walling distance (3 blocks) from a private white sand beach, in the heart of long island wine country. Outdoor deck with indoor hot tub off off deck. Luxury Stearns and foster mattresses and comfortable bedding for a restful nights sleep. 1.2 fenced in acres with fire pit, hammock and wood deck.
