A clean, modest well equipped appartment, but the jewel in this listing is the location, it’s sensational. Metro, bus and taxis literally right out the front and only 100 meters from well stocked mini market. Only 10-20 minutes walk from all the major tourist attractions and restaurants like Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, the Pantheon and Piazza Navona, you can easily immerse yourself into the historic beauty of Rome and just as easily extract yourself for a rest when the thronging crowds get too much. The host is thoughtful, helpful considerate and attentive, consistently checking that all is going well and that your needs are met. Up there as one of the best hosts I’ve had in my many property rentals.

Central to everything
Very comfortable apartment in a well-maintained building in the heart of the city. A walk away from Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The metro is a few steps from the apartment and only two stops from Termini. Plenty of dining options close by and a supermarket is just as near. All amenities are available.

Unbeatable Location for Stay on Rome
Cannot beat this location for ranging out to Rome’s many sites and activities. Strongly recommend it for a small group as base for doing so. Walk anywhere in central Rome or hop on metro which is right next door on the square.Spotlessly clean 2 bedroom apartment with two bathrooms (showers okay). Kitchen with basic supplies. Eclectic simple interior. One sofa in living room. Host and manager attentive, highly responsive and friendly.

From start to finish, we had a fantastic experience with this rental. The owner and manager were very responsive to my many questions, check in was smooth and early, the apartment was a great space for us two couples and the location was perfect. Family Vacation
This was our second stay at this apartment. Was very close to all attractions, restaurants, shops. Very easy checkin and the place is very clean and comfortable. My husband, daughter and I stayed here twice during our travels in Italy. I would definitely recommend to others.

Very communicative and attentive host. Easy check in to meet and show us around. Very clean. A broken hairdryer got replaced immediately. Host very helpful with information and transportation tips. Overall, very nice stay, central location right next to taxi, bus, metro train station. Air conditioning was very much appreciated with 35 degree temps during the day.

Perfect Stay in Rome
My family was looking for a centrally located apartment for a few days in Rome and this property fit the bill perfectly. With its wonderful location, great layout and lovely decor, we could not have asked for more. We were able to walk to most major sites and had lots of options for dining out each day. The property manager was super helpful and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. I would gladly stay here again on our next trip to Rome.

We ended our vacation in Santa Agata with two days in Rome. The apartment was perfect location and very clean . It was 99 degrees everyday and was perfect place to regroup and cool off . Although Italian ac is not as powerful as what we are used it to it still kept us comfortable on those hot days! The apartment managers Vicky and Iryna were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with . We hope to come back again to visit Rome and would rebook apartment!

Great location and great apartment
My wife daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this wonderful property. The flat was a good size for the 3 of us and could accommodate 2 more. The air conditioning was a must have and worked great. However, the best part of this property was the location, about 10 steps from the Barberini metro and an easy walk to most of the main tourist attractions. Additionally, the hosts were pleasant and easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location
We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is well appointed, clean, and right on the Piazza Barberini square which is very walkable to Trevi Fountain, The Four fountains and Piazza del Quirinale. There are many good restaurants and a grocery just steps from the door. The bed was a bit hard but we found some padding in the closet and that helped. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful! We definitely would stay here again when in Rome. Vicky was extremely helpful in sharing information with us.

We are an Italian-Spanish couple with 2 children: a girl of one year old and a boy of 3 years old. We met in London in 2001 and lived there for a couple of years. We work for the pharmaceutical industry in Madrid and we come to Rome very often to see the Italian family.

Why they chose this property

Having a house in the heart of Rome was one of our dreams. However, as we only come here on holidays, we can rent it to tourists the rest of the days that is empty. It helps us to pay our mortage.

What makes this property unique

The first unique benefit is the location. Located in the heart of ancient Rome and walking distance to everywhere - traffic is very chaotic in Rome so avoiding cars and parking was a must. Also you can easily move with the metro and the train anywhere you need.
The second unique benefit is the way the apartment is: cozy, lovely and charming.
