We are a family of six with 4 kids (ages 10-19). We found this condo by a simple VRBO search…and WOW!!! WHAT A FIND!!! We were BLOWN AWAY by everything! 🤩 SO BLESSED by our 9 nights in this vacation home. It checked ALL the boxes: - Immaculately clean - Well stocked with TONS of amenities like laundry/dishwasher detergent, coffee, K cups, paper goods. - A closet FULL of beach chairs and toys - Beach Towels for our use - A beautiful patio view of the beach. Perfect for morning coffee and GORGEOUS evening sunsets 🌅 - Easy access to the beach - Quiet Property - Beds were comfortable. - Covered parking space and extra outdoor parking Communication with the host Eric was WONDERFUL! Quick responses! We loved sunset dinners about 10 minutes south at Caddy’s directly on Madeira Beach. This will be a property we will definitely stay at again the next time we need a place between Clearwater and St. Pete. Everything was absolute PERFECTION. The Beach Cottage
We had a wonderful stay at The Beach Cottage. The condo was very nice and in a great location. It had everything we needed for our vacation. Eric and Jenn couldn’t have been nicer. They were very accommodating and answered our questions very quickly. Jenn even brought us puzzles to work on during the hurricane! If I could give more stars I would. We had a fantastic time and would not hesitate to rent from them again!

This place is amazing! The hosts were wonderful! The view… amazing! Everything we might have needed was there and the location was perfect! Between 2 busier touristy towns, everything you need or want is in either direction, right down the road, but it wasn’t too busy where we were.

Eric and Tony were great! Tony was fantastic with booking and Eric was great as the onsite point of contact. Eric brought cupcakes when he swung by to take care of a lightbulb, which my kiddos loved. The view was perfect, beds were comfy, the wagon was helpful. Overall, we had a great vacation and definitely appreciate the pleasant experience with Bourbon City Rentals.

Had an amazing time in Indian Shores. This condo was perfect for me and my family, which was my 2 young children, husband and my mom. I wanted to stay on the beach and also have a pool to use. The kids had blast and we enjoyed our evenings on the beach watching the sunset or from our balcony! The condo had everything we needed! And Eric was wonderful, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed! Would certainly stay here again!

This unit was very clean and was very well supplied. The location was great and liked the fact that you don’t need key cards to get around. The hosts were very attentive to make sure we had a great stay and I have not really experienced this in the past.

My family and I stayed for several nights in March 2024. I can’t say enough good things about the property. It’s beautiful, clean, well-stocked, and perfectly located. We had four adults and three children and there was plenty of space. The beach chairs and toys were great. The owners were helpful and responsive and even offered to mail a stuffed animal that we left behind. Five stars all around!

Awesome Condo
We recently stayed for 6 perfect weeks at the condo and it was awesome. The hosts Eric and Jennifer are very responsive and it's clear they are dedicated to creating a great experience for their clients. The location is great, the beach is perfect, beautiful, soft sand, the pool patio is huge and the condo is recently renovated, in great shape, and well cared for. They had all the kid and family friendly amenities necessary for us to enjoy our family vacation. The place was so beautiful and clean. From the seamless check-in to Eric responding immediately with any and all communication - this rental was practically perfect in every way. The unit is beautifully updated and the view is second to none. Indian Shores is a little slice of heaven. The beach is gorgeous and feels private. The pool is saltwater and heated - so relaxing. Anything you may need is in the unit - large beach towels, Tommy Bahama chairs, fully stocked large kitchen. My family with adult children absolutely loved our place. Look no further if you want a gem and unforgettable stay at the beach. Eric is great and so accommodating wanting you to have the best time with no issues. Loved it!!

Amazing Condo On the Beach
I'm so glad we found this new condo that Eric and Jenn just renovated. Beautifully decorated everything is new and super clean. The unit is located directly on the beach and has views of the pool and the beach. We loved the area, it was close to so many things and great restaurants. I would highly recommend Guppys and Salt Rock. The condo has everything you need. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and a fully stocked kitchen. The owner is extremely friendly and was available for any questions Highly, highly recommend, we will definitely be back!

Where do I start?! Beautiful condo, wonderful owner who communicated (although we had zero problems), awesome view, great location, comfy beds, & kitchen with everything you need to cook!!! Eric’s place is simply perfect! The recent renovations are top notch. The view from the patio was gorgeous. There are beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and beach towels which we appreciated immensely. I would highly recommend Eric’s place. He was so friendly and gave us many great recommendations on things to do in the area and even left us a little bubbly to kick start our fun! Thanks Eric!!

Look No Further & Book
My family and I were looking for something on the beach with a great view. When I saw this place I thought it was to good to be true. Those pics have to be wrong. Well, it turns out I was wrong! It was pefect! On the beach with fanatic views of the sunsets from the balcony. The condo was spacious and very clean. It says it can have 11 people in it, and it can! Eric and Jennifer couldn't have been better hosts! Plus, the water was clear along with the white sands. We had plenty of time to pick spot for our family on the beach. With our Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella that were provided by our hosts we were chillin in style...lol. So, if you want a relaxing getaway look no further and book this condo! You won't regret it. Thanks again Eric and Jennifer. Looking forward to booking again.
