Enjoy a little piece of our paradise in this newer house located on 2 lots in a quiet, cute little neighborhood one block off of main street. Gain some perspective on the lives of Bella, Edward and Jacob as the 'Twilight' novels and movies depicted in our 'one traffic light' little town.
Our precious little gem has 3 bedrooms, one with a King bed, one with a Queen and one with 2 Twins. You will love the master suite complete with it's own private full bath. The guest bath also has a full tub and shower with high quality linens for all.
The fully equipped kitchen will make your vacation even more satisfying and economical. The kitchen, bar and dining area are open to the living area offering quality time with your family. The separate laundry room boasts a full sized washer and dryer for your free, unlimited use.
You may come to Forks for the 'Twilight' experience but you will be back for the many other attractions. Ocean beaches, mountains, rainforest, great fishing, rivers, lakes and just that good ole' small hometown atmosphere will draw you back. Our quality, clean home will be your favorite home away from home!

Great spot

Very clean and comfortable place. Had everything we needed and plenty of space for our family of 6. Easy communication with host. Would definitely recommend when in this area.

Nice Spot

Property was nice and clean and a perfect fit for our family. Beds were comfy and location in town was great. Great proximity to beaches and Hoh Rainforest.

A Great Little House

This was a super clean, very convenient home for my husband, kids (4 and 2) and myself. Both kids had their own rooms and were comfortable, so it felt like plenty of room! We never had to travel far to get where we were going, which was great. On top of all that, we were able to reach out to our host and check in early upon request. The only criticism I have for this property is that it would have been very nice to have some simple conveniences, like plastic bags, cooking spray, and ground coffee to go with the coffee maker setup. These little things aside, we had a great time!

Our impression when we entered the door was, “Wow, this is so clean”. It is also very cute and has just the right amount of decor to make you feel at home. Perfect location for our plans and had everything we needed. Thank you very much. We would definitely stay again.

Exceptional VRBO in Forks!

What a wonderful vacation! This home was super clean and decorated nicely. Huge back yard with a great back deck and privacy fence for early morning coffee and evening drinks. It had all the amenities and was close to downtown and walking distance to the taproom and great restaurants.

Home base for Olympic National Park visit

This was the perfect location for our visit to Olympic National Park! The house was very clean, and had all of the necessities that our family needed. We will definitely stay again, when we come back to visit the area.

Great stay near many olaces

Good place to stay in the area. Close to main st. and things to do. Hoh RaInforest, second Beach, Lake Crescent, Neah Bay. The house was very clean and the beds were comfy.

Great place to stay in Forks!

Nice, clean home that's walkable to shops on the main road in Forks. I can tell the host put in extra effort to decorate the home and make it extra cozy for us for Fall! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great place to stay.

We stayed very briefly which is a shame because this house was great. The master bedroom was huge with a king bed, private bathroom, everything we needed. Love the stool and mirror in the bathroom. Two more bedrooms, a second bathroom, washer dryer, full kitchen. Bring some coffee for the morning. Highly recommend.

Olympic Discovery Trail 2-night Stay

Location and communication with the host were excellent, above reproach. Check in directions on the platform were old and didn't work, but the host clarified with a phone call how to get inside . There were no instructions for use of the TV or air conditioning/heating/thermostat and only after communicating with the host were we able to understand - thermostat is for heating only; air conditioning is from another device separately located. Since the furnace was running when we arrived we assumed it was both for heat and air with cool (not cold) air circulating through the home. Apparently it was the fan only. Regarding the TV: there is Direct TV as well as streaming capability through a DVD player leading us to be able to use Netflix but also to believe we would have current channels such as news and weather on Direct TV. We were told that guests change the wiring. Even after extended effort at figuring out the wiring we still couldn't get current news. I would recommend that instructions for using amenities be located in the otherwise helpful notebook including what to do and what not to do.

Spacious, clean and comfortable

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped, all functioned perfectly, it was a real plus to have a washer and dryer. We enjoyed the stylish interior and the private backyard. We are hoping to stay here again.

About the host

Hosted by Laurie Turner

I have been teaching elementary school children in Forks for 30 years. The families and community are remarkable. I would love to share this amazing community with others. Once you have experienced this way of life it is easy to understand why someone would use Forks as the setting for a series of novels/movies. My husband and I raised a son in Forks and attribute his success to the lifestyle he was afforded here.

Why they chose this property

We bought 2 lots a few years ago and decided to put a new house on them this year. My husband and I lived in Forks for about 15 years and 3 years ago we sold our home and moved to Port Angeles for his career. I have been commuting to Forks to keep my career as a teacher here. I just couldn't leave my students, their families and my co-workers. While the commute is a beautiful one the time in the winter can be exhausting. My husband and I decided we needed a place for me to stay in the winter on occasion. So, we have a fully furnished new home that I stay in when it is not in use by visitors. It really is my home away from home too!

What makes this property unique

The peace and relaxed lifestyle that Forks offers is unique. I can walk on nearby ocean beaches, drive thru the rainforest, walk on nature trails or just enjoy the mountain views. The hot springs are also a special treat for melting away stress. The convenient location of my house allows me to walk to all major necessities. I can grab a cup of coffee and walk to work or the park. The Mexican restaurant is right across the alley in my backyard. So, if I don't feel like cooking in my wonderful little kitchen I can grab a bite to take out or dine in without having to drive my car.
