Excelente localização

O apartamento da Greice é muito bem localizado! Lugar tranquilo e muito astral. Junto da praça da Encol. Perto de serviços como mercado, farmácia, padaria e transporte. Ficamos hospedadas por 2 semanas e estamos muito satisfeitas. A Greice é uma hostess muito acessível e pronta a ajudar. Foram ótimos dias.

Imóvel excelente, equipado, mobiliário de muito bom gosto, em localização excelente.

É a segunda vez que me hospedo nesse imóvel. Apartamento agradável, bem equipado, gás central, excelente chuveiro, cozinha com utensílios novos, localizado em excelente bairro de Porto Alegre. Proprietários atenciosos. Pretendo retornar.

Apartamento maravilhoso

Ficamos no imóvel do dia 11/10/2017 a 15/10/2017. Tudo conforme o indicado no anúncio. Todos os aparelhos funcionando perfeitamente. Chuveiro maravilhoso, cama e sofá da sala muito confortáveis, cozinha com utensílios mais que suficiente, apartamento com cômodos amplos, tudo muito limpo na entrada. O local é bem seguro e silencioso como diz no anúncio. Mercado e vários comércios ao lado do prédio. Nos sentimos em casa. Obrigado Greice e Carlos pela recepção. Estamos certos de que quando voltarmos a Porto Alegre entraremos em contato novamente. Abraços!

Melhor Custo/Beneficio

Aluguei o imóvel da Greice por 20 dias para meus país e não tive nenhum problema quanto esta primeira parte (negociação/aluguel), muito pelo contrário, tudo foi simples e fácil. Quanto ao local e atendimento, meus pais me passaram que foram muito bem recepcionados e assistidos... o apartamento é grande, confortável e está em um bairro TOP de Porto Alegre, com churrascaria, supermercado, padaria... por perto. Recomendo sem dúvida.

Imóvel confortável, claro e arejado.

Ótima localização, aconchegante, acesso fácil ao Centro, rodoviária, parque da Redenção, shopping Iguatemi (mesmo de ônibus) e aeroporto. Bons restaurantes (recomendo Nono para almoço e pizza à noite), cafés, supermercado, padaria Merco Pan muito boa, e taxi bem próximos. Área de lazer no prédio e praça da Encol que me proporcionaram curtir bastante meus netinhos. Já estou agendando minha próxima estadia. RECOMENDO!

Simplesmente Ótimo

É um ótimo apartamento, muito aconchegante e de fácil localização. Há supermercado, padaria, farmácia, pizzaria e uma ótima churrascaria todos bem pertinho. É bem próximo do aeroporto e da rodoviária. Eu e todos que estavam comigo gostamos muito do lugar. Com certeza se voltarmos a Porto Alegre vamos querer ficar la de novo.

Imóvel excelente, confortável, limpo e completo.

Ótima localização, perto de tudo, apartamento confortável, seguro e bem completinho. Mas o principal diferencial deste imóvel é o atendimento da proprietária, não poderia ter sido melhor, atenciosa e de uma educação sem igual.
