Beautiful property at Ritz Carlton Bal Harbor
This is a beautiful one-of-a-kind unit at the Ritz Carlton Bal Harbor. It is spacious with views of the ocean and intercoastal. Marcos was a pleasure to work with and easy to communicate with. The Ritz Carlton property is beautiful with great amenities.

The suite and its balconies and views were lovely. Very well appointed with creature comforts. The extra half bath was great to have. The hotel facilities- except for the renovations at the spa-were enjoyable. Shopping and dining was a short Uber ride away. Spa services were very good - but the way the hotel was managing the renovations really disrupted the sense of pampering. It was also very convenient to a marina for private boat rentals. We would come back.

This is for us the best choice in Miami. We like the location and the Wonderfull views from the apartment. There are some improvements and small things to do to the apartment that I indicated to the owner. The most important will be starting, because I saw the new materials. it is an excellent apartment and the owner is very courteous and easy to deal with

This was our 4th stay at the Ritz’s. Our two bedrooms were very roomy & very comfortable beds. Our view was amazing, with beautiful balconies. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Marcos was very quick to answer any questions I had. We will definitely be returning again.

This is a separate property from the ritz, not like ritz residences in other locations. It’s good to know going in that there are no maintenance services or housekeeping. The views from this condo are million dollar views of the intercoastal and ocean and are gorgeous. The property including the pool area and fitness center is lovely. There are some very minor things that start to show some wear in the unit, but the owner is very friendly and responsive and tried to help us resolve during our stay. It was a great few family days.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ritz for Thanksgiving weekend.. The unit was huge and very clean . It easily had room for 6 adults. We had great service at the hotel including the pool and spa. The host was very accommodating and answered our questions. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Best ocean, channel and intracoastal views with three big balconies to enjoy it. High floor with full kitchen, and new paint and carpets. The beach is also the most spacious and less crowded on the whole Bal Harbour. The views from this building are unobstructed by other structures which makes it very unique particularly with all the new construction in the area.

What makes this property unique

The amenities in this 5 star hotel are very special and there are not that many units so even if the building is at capacity you never feel crowded. It has a very private feeling and makes you not want to leave.
