You are right on the water in this exquisite waterfront property. Watch the action from your own private deck. Featured in Architectural Digest and designed by long time island resident who has made an art form of designing iconic island properties.
You are located on Morse Street, steps from Edgartown's famous North Water Street and close to dining and shopping. Four island beaches are within walking distance, although with this view, you will have a hard time moving. You look out across Edgartown Harbor towards Chappaquiddick Island. To your left is the Edgartown lighthouse and to your right is the heart of the harbor, the Memorial Wharf, and the Chappaquiddick ferry boat. Sunrise will be spectacular, and at sunset, the entire scene is lit by the sun that sets over your right shoulder.
Evening dining is gracious and easy, with seating for 12 at an ample dockside table and custom built-in grill.
There are three large bedrooms, all with their own baths. Two are on the 1st floor with a large den. The 2nd floor has a great room with the 3rd bedroom at the Great. The kitchen is open up to the large great room that combines a dining and living area—true open-plan living with spectacular views of the harbor.
There is a separate building with an office and air-conditioning for the busy executive who just has to bring work with him. It is a wonderful space where you can concentrate and then get back onto the water, beach, or golf course.
The decoration is nautical, as you might expect, and everything is of the highest quality.
Shared parking area for two cars.
A few words about this listing.
I took all of the photographs with my iPhone 15 ProMax this fall. The light was not great, and the pools (if the property has one) were covered. I tried to get a professional photographer to take them but it was hard to do and coordinate a time when these properties were empty as they are quite busy.
Some of the beds are not even set up yet. This is indicative of how much this owner cares for these properties (we represent five on them) that he is always fixing them up, adding heavy furniture, and making everything super nice.
While we have attempted to confirm every detail, there is the possibility that we might have missed something. These are new listings and we are only too human.
If you have any questions at all about the booking please feel free to ask me about them. I have personally visited each one, and they are all amazing.
