Want to stay in a prime location and stay within budget? America's #1 rated beach is just a stones through away located directly across the street from the property. No real need for a car if you plan on staying on the island as Siesta Key village is just 1 mile down the road which is filled with restaurants, shops, grocery store, bars, and more. Utilize the Siesta Key trolly or any of the other free ride services available on the island. This spacious one bedroom apartment offers a full kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and 47" flat screen TV w/HD programming and access to streaming apps. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bedroom set with high end Seely-Serta mattress. Just past the walk in closet you will find the adjoining bathroom which offers a shower and dual sinks. No sleeper sofa to toss and turn on all night here! guests # 3 and 4 can enjoy sleeping in a regular bed with the use of the queen-size Murphy bed. Shower off at our outdoor shower after coming back from a day at the beach. Washer/Dryer in unit.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: 1 week minimum Saturday to Saturday during February - April unless booking within 30 days or less 5 nights may be accepted.

The place was just as described. Access to the beach was great and also a short walk into the center for food, shops and the like. Internet was out more than it was in, and we needed to buy some basics to use while there, but overall was a fun week!

Perfect Location, updated, and clean

This property is right across the street from the beach and beach access 11. It is also not far at all from all the restaurants and shopping. It was very clean. The bed and bedding was comfortable, and it was updated. Great value! I would stay here again.

Everything you need is here..large living area, large kitchen, washer and dryer in this unit was really nice! Close to the beach walk across the road and your there…would definitely stay again!

I’m in LOVE with this place!

This is my second year renting this property, and have been happy both times. Easy rental GREAT experience with rental check in LOCATION. It’s old BUT updated and CLEAN. Affordable and just love easy and convenience of it. Wanna rent it every spring.

Great place to stay!

Way roomier than what the pictures look like. Super clean, updated, and has the softest and most comfortable beds - including the pullout/Murphy bed!! Also had a gigantic walk-in closet that head all 7 pieces of luggage with plenty of room to spare. Right across the street from the beach, and a short ~10 minute walk or quick (free) trolley ride to the Village. We were so happy with this rental and highly recommend it!!

Anniversary getaway

Property was exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable and a very short walk to the beach. No beach supplies other than a wagon are supplied, so be sure to bring your own chairs etc. Parking is very very tight, big vehicles could be a problem, and wifi was intermittent. But overall we loved the availability of the trolley to take us around without having to move our car or pay to park. It was perfect for what we wanted and would definitely recommend and stay again!

Christmas Holiday

This a small but comfortable unit, close to the beach and restaurants. The beach is wonderful. The unit was clean but does lack some essentials. This didn’t really impact our stay but would have been nice. Parking is very tight...if you have a large car or truck. We would recommend this location and unit.

Definitely a great value across the street from the beach! Parking is one spot per and as long as all units are considerate this works well. My last night at 4am one of the other units renters was sprawled across the hood of my car. I came out and they ran into their unit. Nothing on the owner. Just hope they got a bad tenet review.

Great location but skimpy supplies.

We loved the location. However the sheets didn’t fit the beds. Not very many supplies available. Number of dishes were insufficient and most were chipped. Internet was did not consistently working. Manager didn’t ask if we had what we needed.
