The back of this home offers a large 470-square-foot patio with a 6-foot high privacy fenced yard where you will find a sparkling heated outdoor pool with a bubbling spa attached. Spend your days enjoying the refreshing waters of the pool or lounging on the welcoming patio with direct canal views. The patio sports an outdoor furniture set and a smart TV that is perfect for outdoor entertainment. There is also an outdoor kitchen that allows for poolside cooking and dining of the day's fresh catch. The kitchen includes an ice maker, a bait freezer, a fish cleaning station, and a gas grill. And feel free to bring your boat along! The home features a 30-foot deep water dock.

The air-conditioned interior features an open-concept living area with coastal decor and accents throughout. Make yourself at home and unwind in the welcoming living area, furnished with comfy recliners, a desk, and a smart TV with a sound bar, cable, and streaming services. Prepare the day's catch in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials to whip up tasty treats. All three bedrooms have access to an en suite bathroom and two of them have smart TVs. Additional perks include a designated laundry area with a washer/dryer.

Dock details: 30 ft dock
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 30 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
