The area is quiet, yet you are close to everything and within a few steps of the beach and the sea. You'll also have access to a free indoors parking space during your stay.

NEIGHBORHOOD:
The residence is in a fantastic location of Playa Del Carmen right in the center and just a few steps away from the beach and from La Quinta Avenida. You can do everything on foot but you will still have the luxury of benefiting from a free indoors parking space if needed.

The beaches around Playa are composed of white sand and crystal blue water which makes the region so unique. You will be able to do water sports or just relax in the sun and appreciate the view.
- CENOTES:
There are also many different cenotes you can visit around Playa Del Carmen. Those places are not only beautiful but also full of history and spiritual. Some of the best cenotes around are Cenote Azul or Gran Cenote.
- THEME PARKS:
Close from Playa you will find super exciting theme parks like Xcaret which are offering a mix of adrenaline and fun experiences.
- BARS & RESTAURANTS:
On La Quinta Avenida, you will find amazing bars and restaurants where you can immerse yourself in the Mexican culture and enjoy some of its best foods.

WALKING - The easiest getting around the area will be on foot. This property is close to everything Playa has to offer: you can walk to the beach in just under 1 minute, you can head over to the activities that La Quinta has to offer under 1 minute too.

PARKING - Free indoors parking is provided to our guests and access will be done with a remote control once you are fully checked-in. You will have access to 1 parking space during your stay but there is extra space for scooters and bikes if needed.

BICYCLES - A more eco-friendly option to discover Playa will be to rent a bike and we can provide recommendations of places where to rent. Cycling around Playa is pretty safe as there are multiple bicycle lanes. If you go beyond these lanes, we recommend to be extra careful.

TAXI - Within a couple of minutes walk on La Quinta you will easily find taxis available. However be aware that taxis on La Quinta will always spike their prices and so the best is always to book in advance if you need to go somewhere a bit further.

If you are not satisfied with the cleaning of your unit, we will offer you an extra cleaning for free or refund you the cleaning fee.

SPACES DESIGNED FOR LIVING – Our space is designed so that as soon as you step in you feel at home. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials such as high-grade cookware and utensils. Each bathroom is fully equipped too. We provide you with a fast and stable internet connection so you can easily work if needed.

SMOOTH CHECK-IN - Your check-in will be a self-check-in. All the instructions for check-in with the code to enter will be sent to you 1 day before you arrive. We kindly ask that you carefully read the check-in instructions before you arrive to make your arrival as smooth as possible. We pride ourselves in making the check-in and check-out experience as smooth as possible for you.

NOTE: There is no lift in the building as indicated in the listing amenities and in the property description. You will only need to walk up 1 floor and the stair case is large so it should not be a problem at all. However we prefer to mention it here for people with mobility difficulties who cannot walk stairs.
