LA QUINTA - The main avenue of Playa Del Carmen is called La Quinta. It is full of restaurants, bars, shops and other activities. You will enjoy walking up and down La Quinta to discover the area and immerse yourself in the positive atmosphere around Playa Del Carmen. You will be right next to it, yet not so close so you won't be disturbed by noise and people.

BEACHES - Just about 5 minutes walk from the residence, you will reach the beach. We recommend waking up early to watch the sunrise or heading to the beach in the afternoon for the sunset. There are many beach clubs around Playa like Mamitas Beach Club which is a local favorite.

RESTAURANTS - In and around the residence, you will find many great options for eating. Within just a few meters, you will find some amazing Taquerias at a very affordable budget. We provide other recommendations for dining on the guidebook you will have access to once the booking is confirmed.

GROCERIES - Within 1 minute walking distance from the apartment you will find one the main supermarkets of Playa Del Carmen called MEGA. There you will find everything you need from groceries to home items. This is a great advantage for those who like to cook at home.

WALKING: The residence Las Palmas 243 is super central and within just a few minutes walk of the beach and La Quinta which is the main avenue with activities in Playa. You'll also find plenty of bars and restaurants.

FREE PARKING: Our guests have access to a free parking space during their stay. The parking is accessible with a remote control which we leave inside the apartment for our guests. There are plenty of street parking spaces and paid parking spaces available nearby.

TAXI: taxis are easily available in the street around Playa Del Carmen and a short ride should cost between 50 MXN to 100 MXN. Speaking a few words of Spanish will go a long way to make sure you don't overpay on the fare.

BUS: Within 2 minutes walk of the residence Las Palmas 243, you will find the bus station of the ADO. This is very handy if you plan to travel by bus from Cancun and onwards. The fare is very reasonable and

NEARBY ATTRACTIONS: Tulum is about 45 minutes drive, Akumal about 30 minutes drive, and Cancun on the other side is about 50 minutes drive. You can also discover some beautiful cenotes like Cenote Azul from Playa Del Carmen as well as attraction parks like Xcaret.
