You will enjoy the huge living room with a sofa bed and 2 comfortable bean bags to hang out. In the residence you will find a cute swimming pool as well.

Location is truly the best as you'll find yourself within 5 minutes of La Quinta and the beach. Right next to the place, you will find the Mega supermarket.

- LIVING ROOM: The apartment benefits from a bright and spacious living room. In the living room you will find a large dining table with 6 chairs, a lounging area equipped with a sofa bed and 2 comfortable bean bags, as well as a Smart TV.

- KITCHEN: The kitchen is opened plan and fully equipped with all the cookware you may need to prepare meals at home. You will find plenty of utensils, plates, and glasses. You will also find a coffee machine, blender, toaster, water boiler and water dispenser.

- MASTER BEDROOM: The master bedroom is stylish and completely ensuite. It has a double bed and a private access to its own bathroom. You will find plenty of storage and cabinets to organize your clothes.

- GUEST BEDROOM: The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds which can be joined together to make a king size bed if requested in advance. The guest bedroom has its own private walk-in closet with plenty of storage space.

- PRIVATE PATIO: The private patio is directly accessible from the guest bedroom. It is equipped with a hammock which our guests can use to hang out and relax.

- LAUNDRY ROOM: You will find a laundry room next to the kitchen equipped with a washer and a dryer. This is available for our guests inside the apartment and free of charge of course.

ENTIRE SPACE - This apartment is rented as entire space, totally private for you during your stay. You will have access to 2 full bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a private patio equipped with a hammock, a large kitchen, a dining area, and even a laundry room.

COMMON AREAS:

- SWIMMING POOL: Our guests have access to all the amenities the residence has to offer. One of those is the swimming pool which is opened during the day hours from 8am to 10pm. It is cute and well maintained.

- FREE PARKING: Our guests have access to 1 free parking space which is covered and accessible with a parking remote . The parking space is safe and secure.

Available for any comments or questions via Airbnb chat from 8am to 8pm and outside those hours for emergencies. All messages sent on the chat will always be attended as soon as possible. You will also have a dedicated phone number to call for emergencies if required.

LA QUINTA - The main avenue of Playa Del Carmen is called La Quinta. It is full of restaurants, bars, shops and other activities. You will enjoy walking up and down La Quinta to discover the area and immerse yourself in the positive atmosphere around Playa Del Carmen. You will be right next to it, yet not so close so you won't be disturbed by noise and people.

BEACHES - Just about 5 minutes walk from the residence, you will reach the beach. We recommend waking up early to watch the sunrise or heading to the beach in the afternoon for the sunset. There are many beach clubs around Playa like Mamitas Beach Club which is a local favorite.

RESTAURANTS - In and around the residence, you will find many great options for eating. Within just a few meters, you will find some amazing Taquerias at a very affordable budget. We provide other recommendations for dining on the guidebook you will have access to once the booking is confirmed.

GROCERIES - Within 1 minute walking distance from the apartment you will find one the main supermarkets of Playa Del Carmen called MEGA. There you will find everything you need from groceries to home items. This is a great advantage for those who like to cook at home.

LUWII GUIDEBOOK - We recommend you take a look at our guidebook for recommendations of places to go and bars and restaurants. This will be available with your reservation details once your booking is confirmed.

CAR - Driving around the region is a great way to discover some of the best spots like private cenotes and secluded lagoons. Most places can only be visited as part of a paid tour otherwise. We can provide recommendations for car rentals if you are interested.

BUS - From the airport in Cancun, you can easily grab a ADO bus and the cost from the airport should be 200 MXN. The station Playa Del Carmen Alterna is just about 150 meters from the condo so that is a great advantage for guests on a budget.

BICYCLE - There is an area to keep bicycles safely inside the parking area of the residence during your stay. We do not provide bicycles but we can provide recommendations of places where to rent. There are bike lanes all across Playa Del Carmen which is very convenient.

WALKING - Within just a few steps from the residence, you will be able to reach some of the highlights Playa has to offer. For example, La Quinta is within 5 minutes and the beach within 7 minutes max. Walking around Playa is pleasant and lets you immerse in the local culture.

FREE PARKING - Our guests have access to 1 secured parking space inside the residence for free. The parking remote will be available inside the apartment on the dining table after your check-in.

CRIB AVAILABLE: Traveling with a baby? We can provide a crib for your little one. Please request the crib at least 24 hours in advance, as it is subject to availability. For same-day bookings, we cannot guarantee crib availability.
