Clean and Comfortable

The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had more than enough of the things we needed (towels, paper goods, blankets). Host was friendly and set us up with everything we needed in advance to have stress free stay.

Lake Condo

Nestled into a cove on Table Rock Lake is a gated community that makes you feel secure. The condos are complete with tennis courts, swimming pools, and a marina. You have the option of bringing a boat, and there is outside boat storage that is a short distance away. The view is spectacular, after a short walk down to the dock. On both mornings of my walk down to the dock, the water was like glass and perfect for skiing. This marina does not rent boats. Carol was a jewel in communication. She informed us on every aspect of renting the condo from beginning to end. When we left on our trip, we had no questions about her condo. The images online were exactly what she posted. We had a family of six, and the three king bedrooms were a delight. Two bedrooms had their own bathroom. Plus, there was a third bathroom for general usage. We didn't have to compete for bathroom time. In addition, there was a sofa bed. Every amenity was attended to from soaps in the bathroom to cooking supplies in the kitchen. There was a washer and dryer in the unit. It was well prepared. Even though, we weren't at the condo most of the time, except early in the morning, there was a small closed in balcony off of the living room. Games and a tv with videos to watch was another plus. I highly recommend this property and would be one I would visit again.

Phenomenal Condo!

Extremely pleased with our condo stay. We had 3 couples and it was great to find a 3 BR Condo with 3 King Beds. One of our couples are very picky about cleanliness and I can say this Condo past her detailed inspection. Appreciate the large size and the 3 separate bathrooms. I definitely would rate this condo a 10+ and would stay there again. Only suggestion, I like my room to be dark at night. Blinds did a pretty good, but a porch light was lite on the walkway and some light filtered through. Although it didn't bother my wife. Suggestion, curtains, along with the blinds. Thanks Aunt Carol for making our Branson trip spectacular!

The property was nice and just what we needed for our weekend getaway. The decor was slightly dated and we had to do wash towels and start the drying process prior to checkout which was a little challenging.. The three king size beds with each having a bathroom was the selling point for us. It worked out great for us.

Nice Property

The condo is in a nice complex next to the boat ramp at Table Rock Lake. Next door is a pool and up the hill are tennis courts. There are 3 comfortable king size beds and 1 sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo has been cared for quite well and Carol is very friendly and super easy to work with!

Family vacation

The place was great. Lots of room for the whole family. We didn't use the tv's a lot since we were on vacation but we do wish there were more channel options for the times when we were winding down and such, to help entertain the kids. Beach towels would have been a very nice addition too. They are usually included in our Branson vacation rentals so we didn't bring any and had to use the few bath towels for pool/lake trips. Not a huge deal but would have been nice. Overall, it was clean and maintained.

We enjoyed our time together and this property was good for what we needed. The gate to get in to the condos is a problem -- always have to stop and scan drivers license to a virtual guard.

Great Escape

This condo was absolutely great. Just as described. Clean, nice, and in a great neighborhood. Far enough away from the strip to be peaceful and quiet but certainly close enough to be convenient. Excellent communication

Aunt Carol went above & beyond before and during our vacation, first to warn us that new roofing would be underway and then to help us establish a backup plan for my husband to be able to work if the roofing was too noisy. The unit was a great place to spend the week with our teenage son & daughter to give them each their own space, to let us spend time as a family, for my husband to do the work necessary while we were on vacation, and to be conveniently located for area attractions.

I reside in Michigan with my husband and love to bring family and friends down to Branson whenever I can. We bought this condo for something to keep me busy after raising the kids and retiring as a school counselor, and it ended up being another love of my life.

Why they chose this property

We loved Branson and the condo so much that we bought a second condo in the same building which we advertise on VRBO #105084. Check it out! Now we actually have 6 bedrooms to offer and can accommodate larger groups. I love hearing how much my guests have enjoyed the condos. What makes this property unique

We chose this condo because it was located on beautiful Emerald Pointe, a triangular-shaped, picturesque body of land surounded by Table Rock Lake on two side. The alternate route from the condo to the entertainment is the most scenic in the area. A boat ride on Table Rock Lake is a highlight for visitors to the area, and convenient to do from this condo. I love being able to offer a private covered boat slip to those who bring a boat, and an on-site marina for those who want to rent a boat. For the boaters and non-boaters alike, the peacefulness of Emerald Pointe combined with unending fun activities and entertainment of the Branson area is enough to bring you back again and again.
