Spacious well- stocked sunny house and pool

This was a great place to stay. We were there for a month. The three bedrooms were all good sized and each had its own bathroom. Plus, there was a half bath outside on the lanai. The house was very well stocked with more than enough dishes, glassware, cookware, towels, sheets, beach towels, etc. The lanai was lovely and the pool and built in spa were very nice, although the weather was quite cool and rainy and I only got to utilize them twice. The pool is heated to 86 degrees and the spa heats up further when you turn it on. My husband fished off the dock which is sizeable. We were able to utilize the garage which was very convenient. There’s a large washer and dryer in the laundry room, a laundry sink, and an iron and ironing board. The enormous dining room table turns into a pool table when the top is removed and kept us busy on many of the gray rainy days. The house has cable TV and we were able to use our Firestick to get our own streaming services in the living room. The furniture is quite comfortable although the mattresses on the king beds are a bit soft if you prefer firm mattresses. The living room area and lanai face south so it’s got a great sunny exposure. It’s a quiet block. Very close to a Publix, a Chase bank, and a number of restaurants. It was just my husband and I, other than one weekend when family visited, but the house can comfortable hold 6-8. We have moved to a different rental and it isn’t nearly as nice as this one.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent
