When you aren't gazing out over Estes Cove, check out nearby Rockport Beach Park, Fulton Mansion State Historic Site, Chute 'Em Up Parasailing, and Roberts Point Park.

Sun-kissed and happy, head inside the open-concept interior of your stay where you'll discover comfortable furnishings and modern amenities. Here, you can show off your culinary skills, stream your favorite shows, indulge in family-style meals, and simply enjoy the cool air of the central air-conditioning. The home's sizable bedrooms and bathrooms make for peaceful places to rest and get ready in the mornings. A private washer/dryer rounds out the home's interior perks.

Outside, relax and watch boats go up and down the canal from the enclosed yard.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
