Four air-conditioned suites, one litter box in each bedroom (double and queen), double and single mattresses available, separate, backyard with outdoor shower plus one bathroom, wifi and netflix, pool, barbecue, five car garage or more, electronic gate, accommodates 15 (fifteen) people. Great location, near the tent Axe Moi and Gaucho tent. Quiet and wooded place, near supermarkets, Disk beer, -water, gas, etc. Easy access, located approximately 500 m to the North Rim Avenue, BR access to beaches. Energia a parte.

Casa linda e maravilhosa :-)

Uma casa ótima com boa localização, as fotos do site são todas verdadeiras, bem mobiliada, realmente uma casa maravilhosa para alugar para verão, usamos muito a churrasqueira perto da piscina, perto da badalação mas o mesmo tempo em um lugar tranquilo, sem conta com a hospedagem maravilhosa, fomos muito bem atendido, e sempre que tinha alguma coisa que não sabia mexer ou encontrar na casa, ligava e era prontamente atendido, tudo que foi combinado foi cumprido, estivemos em 15 pessoas, mas a casa suporta 20 a 25 tranquilo, pois tem vários banheiros e espaços, duas mesas grandes para comer, todos reunidos, realmente só tenho que agradecer e recomendar para meus amigos que queiram passar por Porto Seguro, muito obrigado Mag, pela atenção e por ser muito prestativa, te desejo sucesso :-) Alex

Ótimas ferias!

Gostamos muito da casa, viajamos em família fomos em 17 pessoas. Os quartos são confortáveis e o ar condicionado é bom. Na verdade a casa são dois apartamentos um em cima e outro embaixo, no entanto só a cozinha de baixo pode ser utilizada, (a de cima que é bem equipada fica lacrada) e está deveria ser melhor equipada, não tem microondas e falta alguns utensílios de cozinha, além da torneira vazando, e as cadeiras da mesa da varanda unica disponível para refeições precisam ser trocas a maioria está quebrada. Mas deu para nos virarmos muito bem, cozinhamos todos os dias na casa, a piscina é super agradável, o que falta mesmo é mais recursos na cozinha.

Alugue esta casa pq estava indo viajar com toda minha familia, no entanto, ao chegar me deparei com todas as cadeiras da varanda externa quebradas. Sem nenhum outro lugar pra fazer as refeições. Solicitei a dona que providenciasse algumas de plastico, a mesma disse que era assim mesmo, que tudo esta conforme fotos no site (não tem fotos da mesa, nem das cabeiras quebradas) e que eu nao quiser devolveria o dinheiro...eram 18h eu estava com um idoso e mais 10 crianças...Alem disso me cobrou uma taxa de limpeza de RS 200,00 que nao estava prevista. Alem disso, na cozinha de baixo falta tudo, saca rolhas, pano de prato, formas, balde, vassoura péssima, além do que o único micro-ondas da casa estava lacrado. Portanto, não recomento, a não ser q vc vá apenas dormir.
