During your stay, fun in the sun only continues as you enjoy the property's bountiful citrus and lemon trees, as well as entertain in the oversized backyard, where a private pool, covered patio, and barbecue area await your enjoyment!
Head inside when you're ready to kick your feet up and find yourself lounging in one of the two spacious living rooms. If you like to cook, the full kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops. Escalate your cooking by utilizing the provided gas grill before dining alfresco poolside or at the sprawling dining table.
The downstairs bedroom offers an ADA-accessible bathroom and upstairs you'll find three additional large bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes a dazzling en suite bathroom where an impressive walk-in shower/bathtub awaits your self-care rituals.
Additional interior perks include; a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and a designated work desk.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Security camera details: Home has cameras: (1) front of the house, (1) on the right side of the house on the gate, (1) on the left side of the house on the gate.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
