Wonderful beach cottage

This is a nicely kept, older cottage with a short walk to the beach in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The latter rates very high for me when visiting new places. I love the laid-back atmosphere with comfortable outdoor seating: screened porch in front and patio with grill out back. It truly felt like home away from home. The hosts are very responsive, kind and gracious. Thank you for a lovely experience for our Spring Break week!

Great Tarpon Cottage

What a fun trip. The house was just perfect. Built in 1957 and loaded with charm. It is convenient to everything...shopping, restaurants, even medical care :-) The beach and access are just a few steps away. We will definitely visit this location again. Molly and Steve were awesome to work with and provided so many recommendations for local establishments.

Clean&quiet; just yards from beach

This cute single family home is quiet and immaculately clean. It is only a 2-3 minute walk to the beautiful emerald coast water and great white sand beach. There is shopping close by as well as great restaurants.

This was my dads first trip to the beach, my mom passed 11/18 will be a year and we weren’t expecting my family to come but they did, and we was trying to figure things out when the property manager called requesting more money and that was fine we had already booked a place for the son and his wife, and the property manager man’s is pay for them to even be able to come over.

House was very clean and smelled wonderful. It is convenient to the beach (1/2 block). Nice quiet neighborhood. TV channels are quirky...oh well! We will stay here again.

Cute and retro!

Our 10-year-old son absolutely loved this place, as it was built in the 50s and had some historical features! It was literally a block from the beach and in such a cute neighborhood that was a great place to walk our dog. The house has a big backyard but also a small front yard area, and we spent a great deal of time in both spots. It was clean, and there were plenty of towels and blankets. We had a wonderful stay, and the hosts were so helpful! My only suggestion is to completely change both shower heads and replace. This is a great place for small families. Definitely recommend!

The house was very outdated and had things that needed to be fixed. The worst part was the roaches everywhere. We left early due to this. The owners were very nice and I appreciate that but I feel that I did not get what I expected. The house could definitely use some work and thorough cleaning.

Nice little quaint cottage…quiet…very convenient…less than 1/2 block to beach access…perfect for our furry traveling partner. Good off street parking. Nice walking/biking areas. Everything we needed and then some 😉. Thanks Molly!

The Best place to stay!! Our family loved the cottage. the walk to beach was super easy access. the house was clean, plenty of room for our family! The shower out back was absolutely perfect to wash the sand off from beach! The owners were very kind and easy to communicate with for even the smallest question. Without a doubt the best place weve stayed and we cannot wait to come back next year!

Great beach cottage

The 2 bedrooms worked out perfect for my son, his 13 year old son and his wife. The other bedroom was fine for my niece and I. Beds were very comfortable. Space for all in the living room and location was great for a short walk to the about the finest beach ever, sand was fluffy and clean, beach awesome.❤️❤️‼️would definitely stay here again
