Casa mALIbu 60's style sprawling spacious hill house with views pool and hot tub

At night this house feels like a Hollywood hills house. It overlooks the lights of Cerritos. the deck with its lit pool and hot tub are fabulous for entertaining, watching the sunset over the ocean and the whales during the day. It is a stones throw to the swimable public beach and the town of Cerritos The lot is large and spacious. 1 acre.The star gazing from the observation deck is amazing. The outdoor hanging beds are blissful . The courtyard with its argentine grill and cactus garden makes for another fun hang out space. The ocean views are from every room. We have boogie boards and surfboards galore. There are three bedrooms , all with kings and one with an additional bunk and an extra matress which can be moved around. If you have more than eight people , the outdoor hanging beds which are fulls , can be a place to sleep. Also, the living room couch can sleep two flexible people.Please make an inquiry not a booking request.I like the opportunity to have a conversation first. The pool heats to 78 with our solar system. it can be heated more with propane at an additional cost. 40.00 a day.payable in pesos upon arrival.No the house s not air-conditioned. very breezy house.its really not needed.Except july-oct when i hear its hot. weve lived here nov thru may and never felt it was needed. This house is not open to EVENTS.
