*** All guest have to pay a one time Venture Out Registration Fee of $116.28 + 7.5% tax: $125.00 due upon arrival at the Venture Out Office*** (cash or credit card is accepted). This is paid directly to the community at check in and is not included in the VRBO fee.
Maximum 40' overall for RV's, travel trailers and 5th wheels only.
Additional dock side amenities include: water, electric (120/30amp/50amp), sewer hookup, and free wifi. You can enjoy fun and relaxation outdoors while taking in the beautiful natural surroundings of the Florida Keys! Fish right off the dock or just relax and do absolutely nothing! Most smaller RV's and Camper Trailers (35' and less) will be able to park another vehicle on the lot without issues or extra fees. This of course depends on the size of the vehicle and the camper/RV size together. Only one vehicle is allowed per lot and must be parked in the driveway. Additional overflow parking is available for a small fee and based on availability.
NOT PERMITTED as recreational vehicles are tents, fold-out campers, pop-ups, non-commercial conversions of trailers, trucks, buses, and any type of park model trailer. If you are concerned, just message me and Ill help answer your questions! Please remember to take all trash with you or put trash in the dumpster next to the boat ramp. There is no trash pick up on our lot so guests are asked to either take their trash with them when they leave or they can take all trash to the dumpster located next to the pavilion in the overflow parking lot. The trash can hole adjacent to our lot is the neighbors and should not be used. Unfortunately we will have to fine anyone using another lots trash can.
If you are in the park and have any issues with the lot you can go to the guard shack 24hrs a day.
PET-RULES
Please remember these few simple Venture Out rules when attempting to exercise your pet:
• You must walk your dog OUTSIDE the park.
• If you leave your property you can walk your dog from our lot to the front gate ONLY – NOT AROUND THE PARK!!! You may not walk your dog on neighbor’s lots or common areas.
• You MUST have your dog on a leash no longer than 8 feet anytime they are outside of your RV. This includes while on our lot.
• When walking your dog to the front gate you must keep your dog on paved roads at ALL times, NOT ON OWNERS FRONT YARDS OR PLANTS.
• You CANNOT walk your dog on COMMON GROUND at any time. This includes the Store, Recreation Hall, Pavilion, TGIF area, and any other Common Property including parking areas. Animals are not allowed inside any community building at any time.
• If you leave your dog UNATTENDED and the dog barks or whines and causes a problem the unit owner will be called.
• If your dog has an accident you must pick it up immediately. Bags are provided at no charge on the South Side of the Flag Pole.
• When walking your dog outside the park you also MUST pick up all pet waste.
VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE ABOVE RULES CAN RESULT IN A FINE TO THE PROPERTY OWNER OF UP TO $1,000.00 which will be passed on to the renter.

THE PARK SPEED LIMIT IS 10 MILES PER HOUR
ATTENTION BOATERS: Please RAISE MOTORS when going OVER AIR CURTAINS
1. Each and every lot in the Park is PRIVATE PROPERTY. You are entitled to the use of the lot you are renting and the Common Use Areas. DO NOT TRESPASS on your neighbor’s property.
2. QUIET HOURS must be observed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Excessive noise or other nuisances are not permitted in the Park at any time.
3. Bicycles used after dark must be equipped with working headlights and tail reflector, or the rider must carry a flashlight. When walking after dark, please carry a lighted flashlight. WALK ON LEFT, BIKE ON RIGHT.
4. No overnight sleeping outside your RV is permitted. This includes sleeping in boats, vans or other transportation vehicles.
5. No boat, boat trailer or excess vehicle is permitted on any lot.
6. Only one recreation vehicle and one automobile (or automotive transportation vehicle) are permitted on each lot, and the vehicle must be parked on the paved portion of the driveway. You are not able to park on the street.
7. You must have a valid driver’s license to operate any motorized and/or battery powered vehicle in the Park. Such vehicle must be equipped with an effective noise-reducing muffler. It may be used for transportation and, if so, it must be parked completely in the driveway. Golf carts may be parked on the marked area adjacent to the driveway.
8. No vehicle or trailer may be parked on the street overnight. If for any reason, you need to be parked on the street after 11:00 PM, please contact the guard on duty at the guard house.
9. Your boat may be docked only at the lot you are renting.
10. Parents are responsible for the safety and discipline of their children.
11. Florida Law requires the use of rubber sewer collars on sewer hoses at the point of entry. Collars are available at the Park Store.
12. No visible clothes lines are permitted on any lot. Lines are provided behind each bathhouse.
13. Open fires are prohibited except for gas or charcoal grills.
14. Florida Law prohibits throwing trash in the canals or adjacent waters.
15. No one shall discharge a firearm in the Park. This includes air rifles and spear guns.
16. Fireworks are prohibited.
17. Please do not take lobster from the Venture Out canals.
18. Pets must be kept on a leash not more than 8 feet long. No more than two (2) pets are permitted. Pets are confined to your lot – no walking a pet in the Park. You must pick up after your pet.
18. No more than six (6) persons may occupy one lot.
19. No more than 1- 6 gallon gas tanks are permitted on the property.
TRASH: must be taken with you when you leave or can be put in the dumpster located next to the pavilion in the overflow lot. Do not use the trash can or trash hole on the neighbors property or you will be fined.
Venture Out Unit Rules for Recreation Vehicles:
Recreational Vehicles (RVs) include motor homes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, and truck-campers designed primarily not for use as a permanent dwelling, but as temporary living quarters for recreational, camping, travel, or seasonal use. Only commercially manufactured RVs having a current license/registration, in good condition, good appearance, and which require full hook ups, are authorized.
