Front building facing the beach. We have an unobstructed view of the Gulf. On main floor with railing enclosed balcony this condo is "no worries". NO STAIRS. 24 steps to the beach, 15 steps to the pool, 18 steps to the laundry and 20 steps to parking, be lazy, you're on vacation!

Cozy Resort that is very well maintained, family oriented and is a perfect location with private balcony looking at the ocean and private gated beach access to the sugar sand of the Emerald Coast. Relax, be happy.

Accommodating Gulfview is one of the favorite places to stay in the Destin area and the front building is where you want to be. This unit has a King size bed and the sofa pulls out to a double bed.

Honeymooning

My quiet place by the beach

Everything about the condo and it's surroundings was magnificent! Great beach very lovely. The bed was super comfortable and if you don't mind me asking what's the mattress you have on the bed? My friend and I of 50 years truly enjoyed the whole beach experience from your condo.

Great Spot

We have one of the best trips we’ve ever had at this spot. Really great location, no stairs (other than the ones to the beach), right by the pool, and the host communicated well. If I had to make one suggestion it would just be for the cleaning company to do a little bit of a deeper clean on the condo. This was a great spot and we will be back!

Enjoyable and easy stay!

We really were able to relax and enjoy the private access beach. The unit has everything you need! Just bring your own k cups and condiments. There are beach chair and umbrella rental available ($50 per day!) but we used beach chairs left on the patio and bought an umbrella and anchor and were so happy!! Bed is comfy with plenty of pillows. Good shower and gulf view!! We hope to return. So nice to have digital locks to unit and beach so no key to keep up with. Host was kind and answered all our questions quickly.

Cozy Little Getaway

My son, daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gulfview. The condo was clean and just the right size for us. Beach access was directly across the street. We also enjoyed lunch at Kenny D's which was within walking distance of the condo. Looking forward to our next stay!!

Why they chose this property

When we found Destin, we knew this was the place. The fact that everything you could want is just minutes away and the beauty of the Emerald Coast. Hey, its "the Luckiest fishing village in the World". We have lived in Bermuda and travelled a fair bit so we know a great beach when we see it! This is our vacation destination.
