The master bedroom is located on the first floor and includes a beautiful ensuite with custom tiled walk in shower. Upstairs bedroom number 2 has a tub/shower combination and private outdoor porch area with comfortable seating, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Bedroom number 3 also has a shower/tub combo. which makes traveling with kids easier.
All 3 bedrooms are tastefully decorated, spacious, and include a smart WiFi TV.

Welcome to Rehoboth Beach! This home is only 1.5 blocks from Rehoboth Avenue and 1 mile from Downtown Rehoboth and the boardwalk area. Walk a couple of blocks to Grove Park and the Tuesday morning Farmers Market. Walk a few blocks to Rehoboth's fine restaurants, bars and shops. Bike to Henlopen State Park, Silver Lake, or Dewey Beach. Ride just a few blocks to get on the 6.4 mile Junction and Breakwater Bike Trail. You will enjoy this ideal location!
What makes this property unique
You are only a mile from Downtown Rehoboth boardwalk and beach area. It is convenient to walk to the popular eateries and shops downtown without the hassles of parking. Biking is also possible if you bring or rent some. Once you arrive with all your supplies and groceries, keep the car parked and walk or bike to wherever you need to explore.
