Feeling extra adventurous? Go spelunking at Bluespring Caverns, sample local flavor at Upland Brewery, and order out from Mother Bear's Pizza. Enjoy dinner from the couch and kick back with high-speed internet and our complimentary Netflix account. Whichever path you take, know that you'll have a soft place to land at Smith Hill Hideaway.

Lovely little place!

This apartment is conveniently located on the northeast side of Bloomington. It is cozy with cute decor. It was very clean and had all the amenities you need. Highly recommend!

The small cabin had everything I needed and it was very cute! Host was communicative and nice! My only issue is that it was not close to the main Bloomington restaurants/bars so I had to spend more money on Uber/Lyft.

Cute Little Apartment

This property was adorable. Renovations were very nice. Perfect for no more than 2 people. Had everything we needed and owner even had fresh flowers 🌸. Only cons: easily ran out of hot water with 1 shower and tripped breaker twice. Otherwise, super cute and comfy! Would definitely stay again.

Better than hotel for sure!!

Super cute place with privacy and close to campus. Very clean and updated place with comfortable mattress, Keurig with coffee and accessories. Everything you'd need for your stay. Much better than staying in a cramped hotel room. I'd stay here again when I am back in B-Town.

Quick visit to Bloomington

We had a great visit and enjoyed our stay in Bloomington! This property is cozy, everything inside is new, fresh and clean. It is a small space, but works nicely for 2 people Many thoughtful touches to make guests comfortable and welcome. Owner is easy to reach for questions. This location worked well for us!

Hiking weekend

We made last minute reservations, and were excited to find a good space on a game night. The apartment is small, but very well decorated and comfortable. They really thought of everything to make you comfortable, and used the space well, including a Keurig with a full offering of coffee/tea, spices, cooking utensils, and even chocolates on the coffee table. My husband loved the firm mattress, and we both slept really well. We had a small issue with the lock, that was taken care of. Just a few small items- there are several stairs with no railing to enter the apartment (just to keep in mind if traveling with any physical impairments), the shower is very compact (but great water pressure), and the parking space is smaller and up a little hill, it would be difficult for a large SUV or truck. We will definitely keep this in our rotation for Bloomington trips in the future!
