Tarpon Fishing

The property was in a great location to be able to fish in Biscayne Bay. Not a place you would want to take a gal to impress her. The extra cost of parking was a bit of a surprise though.

Not at all what we expected

The location was great! The apartment wasn't clean, the apartment looked like someone just moved out and the cleaning crew forgot to come. Floors, walls and bathtub were pretty dirty. The apartment states there's free parking, but there was already a vehicle in that spot, i parked in another spot and was asked to move, I had to park down the street and pay for public parking as the host never returned my message. We also had to go purchase blankets and sheets for the bed because we were scared to sleep on dirty blankets

Quick Overnight Stay

The location was good & Price was reasonable which is why we booked. Checkin details given 30mins prior to checkin which I would have preferred those details well in advance just for my own confirmation & organization. Charged additional for parking space which should probably be included in price. There were no hand towels or paper towels in unit, so I had to use toilet paper to dry my hands after washing them. Very basic minimum necessities provided. Unit was clean & secure overall.
