As guests here, your whole group will have full access to the entire apartment. Living on the top floor means less noise and unobstructed views, and you can use all of the rooms and amenities in the condo. A pack n’ play and high chairs are available for those traveling with infants! When you’re not out exploring Branson, hang out at the seasonal pool during the spring and summer seasons
You’ll be given a key code to access the front door and there is plenty of free parking on site. If you’re traveling with a larger group, book the neighboring apartment too so everyone can stay together but have their own space.
This condo is in a great location just a few minutes from local grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, hiking trails, and famous Branson landmarks. You’ll also find a shared outdoor pool in the community complex, open between May and Sept subject to safe conditions!

WAIVER OF LIABILITY: for outdoor decks, area around the property and inside the property etc. herein referred to as Feature. It is the Guest's responsibility to learn about safety precautions concerning utilizing or being around Features. Guest understands that the area surrounding Feature is not fenced or secure, and there are risks that may be involved for anyone, in particular children who are not carefully supervised, person(s) intoxicated, on any kinds of drugs or medication, with health risks or if pregnant. Booking guests agrees to explain the risks of the presence and use of Feature to all guests at the property. Guest agrees to instruct all guests on premises to not access any off-limit, or unsafe sections of the property. Guest agrees to assume all responsibility to make all occupants aware of these risks and for the consequences of those risks and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents that may occur. Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against the property owner or manager for injuries or claims.
HOLD HARMLESS: The Guest and all occupants shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the manager and property owner against any and all claims of personal injury, property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guests also expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Landlord may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guests, and that Guests should purchase their own insurance if such coverage is desired.
We are quite chill and thrive to provide the best experience but we have to do this because of some extremely bad experiences and damages caused by guests to meet booking platform guidelines to disclose clearly.
