We would’ve liked to have at least one larger skillet but we were able to cook breakfast for our party of 8. The toy selection was well loved but our kids still enjoyed them. You’ll find three comfortable bedrooms in each of the two apartments, so your whole crew will have six bedrooms in total that can sleep 16 to spread out and make yourselves at home. Each bedroom has high-end bed linens, comfortable mattresses, and a Smart TV for your convenience.

Each apartment features one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and one full on full bunk room with a trundle bed, perfect for young adults and children!

Get ready in one of the spacious bathrooms. There are two full bathrooms located in each apartment and they’re stocked with a hair dryer, fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, so you don’t have to worry about packing your own.

You’ll even find a washer and dryer to keep all your towels, bed linen, and clothing fresh during the entirety of your stay. Laundry detergent will be provided for your convenience!

As guests, you can enjoy full access to both apartments, including the full kitchens, spacious living areas, and cozy bedrooms. You will also have access to the shared outdoor pool during the summer subject to conditions. Enjoy the convenience of keyless entry thanks to the Smart lock. Free parking is available on-site.

No Pets are allowed and service animals should be disclosed during booking. Security camera on exterior stairs landing.
Absolutely No smoking - extra fees will be charged. Absolutely No parties.
Follow building noise curfew, pool, and trash rules.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY: for outdoor decks, area around the property and inside the property etc. herein referred to as Feature. It is the Guest's responsibility to learn about safety precautions concerning utilizing or being around Features. Guest understands that the area surrounding Feature is not fenced or secure, and there are risks that may be involved for anyone, in particular children who are not carefully supervised, person(s) intoxicated, on any kinds of drugs or medication, with health risks or if pregnant. Booking guests agrees to explain the risks of the presence and use of Feature to all guests at the property. Guest agrees to instruct all guests on premises to not access any off-limit, or unsafe sections of the property. Guest agrees to assume all responsibility to make all occupants aware of these risks and for the consequences of those risks and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents that may occur. Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against the property owner or manager for injuries or claims.

HOLD HARMLESS: The Guest and all occupants shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the manager and property owner against any and all claims of personal injury, property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guests also expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Landlord may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guests, and that Guests should purchase their own insurance if such coverage is desired.

We are quite chill and thrive to provide the best experience but we have to do this because of some extremely bad experiences and damages caused by guests to meet booking platform guidelines to disclose clearly.
